How many of us blokes on here have been involved in roasting a girl the way that these footballers have/do? How many of us have done this and had our brother and a mate outside of the window videoing it?
It has been ruled that no rape occurred on the weight of the evidence. However, I would call it abuse by consent. Total exploitation in my book. Whilst it is not a crime it is certainly morally reprehensible behaviour and shows a complete lack of respect for women. Is it the first time this has happened with footballers? I bet it happened several times in several places this weekend just gone and will happen next weekend, the weekend after and every weekend after that.
This goes back to my comments about the article in the DT. If a woman consents to this activity then why are the men somehow to blame? They aren't. A woman has just as much right to engage in this type of behavior the men do and to suggest that men have to afford women some sort of special status or duty of care simply because they are women is exactly the same as saying that the poor little things don't know their own minds and need the big strong men to do their thinking for them bec

What do you expect from that vile rag? The Mail is as bad, simultaneously slating one celeb for gaining 5 pounds and berating another for looking too skinny. They're run by mini-Trumps so it's hardly surprising.

Not the ones that are not passed out on wine and so can say, 'no'.

Good. They did the right thing when he was convicted. Although I always had my doubts that he was innocent. I said it on here and got shot down. He was then cleared by a court and is not totally innocent in the eyes of the law. Therefore it seems fitting that he is now back in the same/similar position pre conviction.

Ennis-Hill owes the man an apology and is a cow in my opinion. Yes he was convicted of a horrible crime at the time. But she went out of her way to publically stick the boot in. She has not been as screamy about apologising to the poor bloke.

Yes, you'd think a paragon of behaviour like her would be quick to apologise when she got it wrong. But that's not how it works in today's society. Quick to be shouty, outraged and offended - mouth shut and suspiciously quiet and no contrition whatsoever when caught out.

She said she didn't want her name on a stand where a raper played. THat is 'sticking the boot in'? I don't see how she has anything to apologise for.

I'm not so sure he warrants an apology. My feeling is more he got off on a technicality than was cleared.

If you were a soldier and killed someone believing they were a threat, would you not apologise or feel some guilt/shame it if later transpired the person was not a threat and was just going about their business?

She went out of her way to keep him out of the club. She stopped him even being allowed to train there. She had so much to say in the media. She should say something now and apologize.

Ched is not a rapist. He is not guilty. I don't follow Shef United but I hope he goes onto have a cracking season.

The technicality was that when the jury heard all the evidence they couldn't say within all reasonable doubt he's guilty. Which makes him not guilty.

I'm not sure he's asking for an apology either. But if someone went out of their way to ruin my career and I was then cleared of the crime I'd be a bit upset with them.

Ennis-Hill has ruined her legacy. She will always be known as the cow with the big mouth who got it wrong. She wasn't wrong to have her opinions - but her silence after he was cleared is disgusting.

Disagree.

He was cleared by a jury of his peers.

He is not guilty.

She should apologise, and he should consider legal action against her for lost earnings hahahahahaha
