I don't know what all the fuss is about. People have been moaning about Johnson, Balotelli, Gerrard and Lovren for weeks, then moan even more when they actually get dropped! The midfield 3 selected is more defensively minded - of course it is, we are playing the best team in Europe away from home! So really its only Markovic and Toure who are serious weak-links that probably don't deserve to be starting to night. Toure has actually done alright so far though...

Whats the betting its 0-0 still at 60mins then the 'big guns' come on for us and we end up losing....

Apart from a 5 minute spell after the goal, your boys are doing ok. Not perfect, but you are playing Madrid!! A couple of very poor errors, but going forwards, you're looking like you can keep the ball well and cause problems. Don't quite see where your goal is coming from, but you never know.....

Agree not too bad at all, wish we broke with more urgency, bit too tentative at times

Moreno looking bright, Bornin doing well, does Mignolet know how to catch a ball? Punching better than flapping I guess
