The FA are looking into the Skrtel incident, could be curtains for the next 3 games for him too. Still, no worries, we've got Lovren.
Deffo ban for him -same as CostaDon't forget about Mario being held back by the crowd to stop him from reacting
Ban the whole team it'll be easier.

Martin Skrtel has been charged over his incident with David De Gea on Sunday.

Yep seen that - this summer 2 new strikers has got to be priority - as prolific as he is we just cannot rely on him....anniesdad said:
Calm down. Not trying to wind anybody up, I rarely if ever post in this thread I'm just saying it as I saw it. I think Gerrard lacked class.
yes you (and Cie) clearly are and it is getting boring - I think Rooney has about 10% of the class Gerrard has but I don't go on to the Man Utd thread and say it.And everyone on here has said Gerrard was an idiot, and some have said it on the Man U thread also, and that Utd were the better team and won fair and square - which they did

I dont see anything in the Skrtel one, He was just running in his stride and landed on him.
Never -- sorry, he could have easily avoided him if he wanted too type-r said:
Bloody hodgson!!Truly a day to forget yesterday. A home loss against our biggest rivals and two players, including our best defender picking up 3 match bans (Skrtels is inevitable).
But, we have to move on and although we still face daunting trips to Arsenal and Chelsea (albeit Chelsea will probably have the title won by then) 4th isn't out of the question.
I echo others comments who say teams have worked us out now - Man U and Swansea are both good in possession and we weren't able to get near them with the pitch stretched. I hope Brendan has another back up plan up his sleeve as we look to finish the season strongly.

Had a bad feeling about yesterday, not so sure why? Most likely because our luck had to run out sometime, and it was them, course it had to be them we were so bad against
Season hardly over, but need a lot to go right if it's to be somewhat successful.
Stevie, really Stevie? Why on earth ?
Skerts, brainless and deserves whatever ban he gets.

I thought about not replying but I will. Again, I'm not trying to wind anybody up. It's an observation from Gerrard's speech that's all. If me commenting about what I think one of your players should have done in the interview winds you up then seriously...And everyone on here has said Gerrard was an idiot, and some have said it on the Man U thread also, and that Utd were the better team and won fair and square - which they did

I think I made it pretty clear that lots of players lack class, hell some may say the same about me. But I'm not in the public eye nor a role model to millions. Kids on football pitches emulate what they see on skysports up and down the country and I believe that if they saw a little more humility that would be a good thing.
