Pretty dour affair all round really. Halftime stats showed Liverpool at 77% possession ...

Our problem is the Striker situation unfortunately, there is just no movement up front at all, no threat of getting in behind. I could play a better game than Balotelli, infuriatingly static.

Ibe had a quiet game as well, got the ball a lot in the first half but just wouldn't run at his full back, constantly cutting back which was frustrating to watch, but he had zero help from Ballo making runs or taking defenders away.

I actually think we have a really good team, until we sort out a real threat up front we will continue to struggle.
