How is Thursday and Sunday any different to playing Wednesday and Saturday in the champions league?

Always see managers etc complain about it, but never the champions league...

A lot more games than playing in the CL
Some of the teams in the EL are frigging miles away
Having to play on the Sunday means you're often playing catch up with the teams that have played on the Saturday, putting more pressure on the team
