I always read your updates and hope that you continue to get wins in life and find ways to manage. I don't claim to know how you are feeling but I hope that you find things in life that you like and enjoy and that over time they grow so your life is more enjoyable.
Wish you all the best

As per the JK, hope that when it's a long time between your updates that means you've been doing okay? Hopefully then you can see that the times between the more serious bouts are getting longer.

I know exactly how you feel buddy. I frequently want to lock myself in a dark room for days until I come out of the other side, but then I have the guilt of cutting out my wife and daughters.

It’s perfectly normal what your thinking. I know it’s hard but try and make some time for you. Find a hobby, take a break somewhere quiet. When I was at my darkest I took a trip doing the NC500 on my own and the opportunity to ‘depressurise’ was amazing. Felt fully refreshed and ready to carry on the fight.

Try to focus on the (seemingly longer) spells of doing well. Keep looking after yourself.

Kind words from you all, thank you. I have been ok month to month. Don’t post as much as it seemed a bit pointless, less people reading, less feedback and engagement. I’m debating pulling it offline.

I keep reading because I am hoping that there are rays of sunshine in your life that help and your blog gives a perspective on a part of life which I'm not aware of but am sure that I come into contact with and I'd like to understand better how to support and what to say/not say do/not do. I may not get that directly from the blog, but it helps me be more considerate when at work and socially.

Wish you all the best

Wishing you all the best OP and don't pull your blog. Doesn't it help to put your feelings out there?

That’s such a positive experience and what I hoped to achieve all those years ago. Thank you.

It did last night to be fair. It is definitely cathartic.
