It's about time we found some humour on this site with all the other discussions going on elsewhere.
Don't know how you can post on the political forum..it all descends into Internet point scoring.
I think I'll steer clear from now on. I only popped in to have a look at what it's like based on what's been said. I've never seen such a collection of knuckle dragging racists and bigots in one place before. It's probably where most of the Ingerland supporters hang out when there's no international matches on.

The photo is black and white, he's selectively chosen red!

As with most "big" transfers I'm bloody bored of this already.

It doesn't help that I'm not sure that Pogba is really worth £100m plus, there are plenty of other names in the French Euro squad alone who played far better than him and we could probably buy the lot and still have change left over...

Is anyone genuinely convinced he's the £100m answer to our problems?

I don't think any footballer is worth over a million pounds.
It remains to be seen if he can cut it in the Premier League, not the finished article and certainly not at Bale or Ronaldo level. No where near.

Not only is he nowhere near their level, he is also such a different type of player that I don't see how anyone can see that kind of value in him. He's not going to score loads of goals of single-handedly change games, so what are you getting for a £100m? I'd be horrified if my club were looking to spend that much on a player like Pogba (I support Liverpool, I'm horrified that we've spent £25m on Wijnaldum biglaughbiglaugh)

Rio Ferdinand was never going to score a shedload of goals, or arguably change games singlehandedly, but IMO he was definitely value for money. Factoring in TV money and inflation within the game overall, then Pogba is costing a similar amount.

You need to get over the cost of players, you spent a fortune on Carroll amd received an even bigger fortune for Torres.

I'm really not arsed about the fee anymore.

£25m gets you wijnaldum
£32 gets you Benteke
£50 gets you Stones or Lukaku
£76 gets you Higuain

Prices are mental, there has been a readjustment.

Would Pogba immediately come in as our best midfielder? IMO yes. He's also on 23 years old still.

No, that's Mkhitaryan, a very good buy IMO.

Not that all the pundits on here watch the Bundesliga.

My understanding was that he was going to play on the right for us, agreed he is a very good buy though, hoping for big things from him

The scousers are worth grading and a small school report comment. This idiot isn't worth any comment. The sooner we all ignore him completely, the sooner he'll get bored and post his garbage elsewhere.
Well at least I don't need to refert to name calling to make a good point, hey Snorky.thumbup

Mikhitaryan will be class in the BPL.

Januzaj, B-Jackson, Fosu-Mensah, Pereira, McNair, Blackett, Wilson, Keane all told to find new clubs #mufc

I was thinking the same. Mensah and Perreira have great potential at the club.

Be interested to see what source that comes from or just normal media rubbish
