Ronnie was a great player for us and seems odd to say it about a player who is now one of the best in the world, but I'd rather watch Eric any day of the week.

Cantona was sheer class but not on the same level as Ronaldo. I think he's easily the best Utd player that I have seen. And I would have Scholes or Giggs or Keano in second place, I think. In his prime, Keano seemed to be able to win a game simply by wanting it more than anyone else, and Scholes was utter and absurd class for years.

Think it's about time I ate little humble pie with regard to Chris Smalling - he's turning into a decent central defender now he's getting a few games in succession. I was firmly in the 'he's not good enough ' camp until this season. Hope I've not cursed him for Saturday!
Looking forward to it and hopefully our new boy Memphis will have a bit of confidence back after his break.
