We're missing Fellaini... or at least the fact he gets a bit further forwards, neither Schneiderlin or Carrick are doing that, which is making things a little sidey sidey again. Quality finish but yet again the full back curse strikes. Typical of Van Gaal's reign that the debutant comes in playing out of position too

Two pies really needs to show more and not sure about the switch with Martial.
I agree but Jessie was having a really poor game today so it made sense to try something different. Is this the board's excuse to give Louis the chop and get Jose in if the score stays like this?

How do you mean? LvG has been ste so often and for so long that it's been obvious a change is needed but they still haven't acted. It seems to me they seem to need something more to point to as a final straw.
Having an excuse makes it easier for them to save face, but really it is just a matter of time. You kind of get the impression they want to wait for summer (maybe they still don't have a final resolution lined up), but really we are going nowhere near the CL like this.57Ford said:

End of the season. It's futile now. If they were going to do it during the season, it should have been after Stoke, when there was still a chance of 4th. Procrastinating now means 4th is very very difficult. Personally, I think Woody should go too. Or at least return to his old role.

If that's who you're missing to make your team better then you are royally buggered.
thats pretty much how it feels at the moment tbh. It was half tongue in cheek when I posted it, but you look at how poorly we dealt with their 2nd goal and have to wonder if he had been on the pitch he may well have had a say in that. After that second half he really couldn't have done any worse than most on the pitch.JacquesMesrine said:
