Sounds so easy when it's put like that.

We all know it'll be anything but.

Qualifying for the champions league & maybe winning the FA cup would seem a fantastic season for most.

Hang on Jose.

It's good for the state we're in no doubt. I'll be happy with the FA Cup but top 4 would be a bonus that seemed unlikely.

Tuesday is going to be tense.

Trouble is if we finish fourth and win the FA cup it would be difficult to sack LVG, although if you had said to him at the start of the season "if you finish above liecester you can keep your job" he would have bitten your hand off. So the sackable offence is finishing below liecester which means nineteen teams need a new managerbiggrin

If you'd seen us play yesterday it was pretty clear our players don't either.

Getting into the CL would be totally undeserved.

Be interesting if the Spuds manage to finish below arse though.

If we don't take 4th now, it's because the players are not interested in doing anything to help LvG keep his job.

The two remaining games should be end of season guaranteed 3 pointers for anyone hoping to play in the CL.

I fully expect Utd to lose at least one of them, though. We are that bad, and the players want LVG out.

West Ham are a very hard team to beat!

True-ish, but if you cannot beat West Ham when you need the points to qualify for the CL, you don't deserve to be in the CL.

We will probably not beat them, but let's not build them up! They aren't very good; neither are we.

Agreed.

Although Swansea made a surprisingly easy job of it yesterday

If I'm not mistaken, we could finish 3rd (!) eek but also 8th (behind your hideous mob even!) laugh

True, but we beat them once and drew once with them this season.

Outrageous if we get 4th but reflects the league standard.

We've drawn twice, both at home in the league and cup

Martial is not fit for Tuesday.
I hope Rashford is available as we are lacking goals.

Will be a great experience I think. Last game at the Boleyn, and hopefully a United win to make up for the 1995 game.

Looking forward to it. Anyone else going?

I know, I was pointing out that we've played them three times, two draws and one win.

He's being rested along with the rest of the first XI. LVG is aiming for a solid point in a 0-0 draw.

Nah, he wouldn't be stupid enough to rest the first XI, we do have to win the possession stats.
