Looked very average to me.
I thought so too.. Glad, as his value has gone down a bit after that performance.

Maybe Fergie was right wink.

Wonderful strike by Payet.

Anyone watching the Wales game? Skirtel is a totally dirty scouse tt. Can't believe he's still on the pitch.

Ay he was shocking. Wonder if that elbow can be handled retrospectvely - nothing was given at the time.

Well if we are going to sign Ibrahimovic he'd better bring loads in commercially because it looks to me that he can't play much any more based on that performance. Sure he made the goal but that was the only thing he did against a keen but average Irish defence.

Just one game with a not so great Swedish team eh? Overshadows his 50 goals I guess. hehe

Never wanted him from the start with that amount of ego. He's not exactly going to be good for harmony if he tries to demand hero worship in that dressing room. The fact that he's on his last legs will just make it harder for the others to accept.

You do know the ego thing is all for the press yes? Ancelotti and Verrati have both come out and said how good he is with the other players, taking time after training to assist the youngsters and generally begin a huge positive influence

Watching the Belgium Italy game, I just looked to compliment Chelsea's choice of coach for next season.
Can't find their thread? I guess they're all on holiday.
What's the name of that place in the SoFrance where the Rusky's are fighting? smile

Just another wedge of cash into our coffers.

Daft? Yes

Embarrassing? Definitely

But if it keeps the money rolling in to keep us self sufficient, then happy days.

The sort of plastic who started going to matches at 5 years old and held a season ticket for 29 years until 2010?

The point is that as daft and embarrassing as it is, it still shows how United are the sort of brand that marketeers love and people around the globe buy into. Whether you like that or not (and I'm guessing you're a full on ABU, probably a Bertie), matters little. We're not playing good football, we're not particularly successful either, but we're still better known and more identifiable than any other PL club.

So such a loyal fan you haven't bothered with a season ticket for 6 years, I rest my case.

Quite, what with the Zlatan himself confirming before the euro tournament started that it will be after the Euro's have finished (or at least for him) when he will make his announcement!!

I'm not impressed with the Glazers pushing prices up to a point that exceeded my budget. Glad you're so rich that you can rub it in though.
