The point is that as daft and embarrassing as it is, it still shows how United are the sort of brand that marketeers love and people around the globe buy into. Whether you like that or not (and I'm guessing you're a full on ABU, probably a Bertie), matters little. We're not playing good football, we're not particularly successful either, but we're still better known and more identifiable than any other PL club.
