Agents fees are fk all to do with us, it's part of Juventus' contract with Pogba, but they're trying to charge us extra to cover that on top of being able to declare that they stitched the 'mighty' Manchester United up to paying £100m for a player that was their own 4 years earlier. As I said earlier: we should make our offer, put a couple of days deadline on it and see what happens. If it doesn't work out, fk them and fk him too! It's entirely possible that we may be seeing the likes of Martial transfer to Real for £200m in a couple of years and we might kick ourselves for not going a bit extra now but can we really be messing about and made to look like puppets?
Quit pathetic to see the "mighty" ManU is putting all their faith in an overaged 35yr old and an overpriced 23yr old which was once their own.

And their fanbase still thinks they're a whisker away of former "glory glory ManU", wenn the actual might of Barcelona, Bayern and Real all have proven, world class players on every position, both field and bench.

Add to that the ever increasing competition in the EPL and even CL qualy isn't as secure as it has once been.

Reality still hasn't quit reached Manchester shores yet. And Eddy Wayward's marketing machine probably likes to keep it that way, as long as possible. Fortunately for ManU the EPL gets a little help and special treatment from UEFA by getting a stuntastic 4 CL places.

And I bet the ever "Over confident One" will be clinging on to that towards the end of the season.

Although speaking of confident, opposed to Mourinho's introduction, one of utter self glorification, the message a couple of weeks later suddenly changed to "Times have changed", "Realistic targets" and having faith in a captain who hasn't really performed continually on a world class level in many years:

"Quit" (twice even) ;-)

Otherwise, 0 out of 10 for just about all of it & particularly for apparent failure to comprehend what being a supporter is really all about.

Could do (a lot) better ;-)

Thanks changed, sorry to abuse your language, opposed to the averge ManU fan I'm open and willing to learn on the basis of well founded criticism. wink

Well, maybe next time, but for starters you might want to look back at Mourinho's presentation and the video I presented earlier. What sort of differences do you spot ?

I must admit, a "step by step" approach might work better. wink

The scousers are worth grading and a small school report comment. This idiot isn't worth any comment. The sooner we all ignore him completely, the sooner he'll get bored and post his garbage elsewhere.

Yeah, please just ignore him and he'll go away. I just scroll on as soon as I see his name, it works. smile

Anyway, on a Pogba note, surely something will happen soon either way. Mourinho won't want this dragging on.

Zidane on Paul Pogba: “Is there a chance? I don’t know, we’re here working. Anything can happen until August 31."

With this Pogba scenario drawing on, I can see this being another case of player signing a new contract with Juve, having said that, £100m, surely its worth bidding that for players like Kroos and Marco Verratti, both of which are massive talents.

I want players at United that want to be there. I don't want players that choose United because it's their only choice by virtue of the fact that we're the only club willing to pay the amount demanded by the club and their agent, I'd rather the player were honest and the deal for him to move falls through.

Nothing about Pogba suggests to me a player that wants to be at United. Yes I know he can hardly come out and say that's where he demands to move to, however it has been reported that Madrid is where he wants to play.

I'm ambivalent, the money is disgusting and Pogba will have to go some to win me over.

At the end of the day, none of us have a clue as to what is actually happening and what discussions are going on. There are so many "journalists" and Twitter ITK bellends who are stirring the pot and it's best to ignore them.

My money is on it not happening. If that's the case then we'd better get one of the other three targets we were apparently looking at, otherwise we're back to the bad old Moyes days and we'll end up buying Charlie Adam for £85m hehe

My money is on it happening, and despite how brilliant Charlie Adam is, him not joining us.

I think Pogba will happen, but wouldn't be too disheartened or surprised if it didn't. As for Charlie Adam, I think he burned his bridges with Mourinho when he scored that goal against Chelsea a couple of years ago!

The signings juve made suggest they expect him to leave.
