I am coming up from London for the game (of course, as all Utd fans live in London). Is parking at the cricket ground and then sprinting back after the match still the best way to avoid traffic chaos?
I am nervous as hell, as always before the derby. City have been so good in recent years.
Erm...except for last season.I am nervous as hell, as always before the derby. City have been so good in recent years.
But I know what you mean, 2 years ago aside from de gea you would struggle today any United player would get in their team, now it's a different story.

How early are you arriving? There's loads of options in and around the cricket ground. If you head back to the M56 through Chorltons back streets you'll miss the bulk of he traffic. I live in Didsbury so do the route every week, if you want reference points look up Nell Lane and St Werburghs Road and you'll be at the cricket ground avoiding the main routes.
Thank you very much. Planning to arrive before 11 (with any luck). Enjoy the match and have a safe trip.
