Zaf Iqbal, our doc who left in Jan for family reasons has joined Crystal Palace.
We're looking to send Manquillo home a year early.
There's a rumour that we've offered £22m and Lambert and Enrique to Villa for Benteke. God thinks we should sign him too
And lastly, that Barca kid has signed:

Pleased his agreed terms. We should never be allowing players we want to keep entering the last 12 months of their contracts imo.
I meant the other player Midfielder Joe Allen is expected to be next. The Welshman still has two years left on his current Reds deal, but talks over a new one are ongoing, and it is unlikely that there will be any complication. "
Oh hang on...
If and when Joe does sign a new contract, he won't be anything more than a squad filler. I expect him to get Borini numbers next season, when it comes to making an appearance off the bench. He'll happily sit there and never make a sound and if called upon, will do a job. Kind of player we need in a way.

You know you're just beginning to sound like RT's mini-me!I just cannot see Allen starting ahead of Can, Henderson, Milner and Lucas, if he stays.
Maybe so, but it seems squad filler is becoming quite a derogatory term. In reality there are very few that are guaranteed a starting position; Skrtel, Henderson, Coutinho, Sturridge, maybe Firmino and Clyne.
And I think that shows that we actually have quite a strong squad nowadays rather than just a strong XI like we used to have for so many years.
