He should be made to go on tour and then sit on the bench and not play a single minute of football.
BR cannot let RS and his agent call the shots
I'm sure he and the club won't. The joke is the way its reported - the player has demanded he be left behind. Sorry, son - you're on a contract and do as you're told. Suck it up. He'll only be left behind if a deal is imminent or he puts in a formal transfer request (which he won't, of course - unless his agent tells him to (unlikely) ).BR cannot let RS and his agent call the shots
Now he is making out he doesnt want to play for Bredan Rodgers.
Sure RT will grab that to make hay, but at the moment Sterling will do anything to get a transfer.
time for him to train with some people his own mental age, the U12s need a winger, he should train with them for a few weeks.

They should be doing as they did to Suarez two years back. Off to train with the kids and don't expect any love.
Also they should be banging the price up daily. Its often the case if a transfer request goes in that the player and agent lose a chunk of whats coming. So the money grabbing bif wont want that.
This is some spineless behaviour on a grand scale and I wont shed a tear when hes gone. Ive seen better players go for less and hes not a patch on many that have left.
I honestly hope he goes the way of Sinclair for this stuff.
Could we at least get Carra or Agger back when we play city so one of them can nail the bellend to the turf. Agger tried to kill Torres every time he played against Liverpool. Carra would do the same. Bit of a shame Stevie is gone as I expect a tackle from him too. We can only hope Skrtel hates the st for this.

Pretty much what I said on the UTD thread - LFC wont now bow down to him just because he is being a cock m3sye said:
I have no gripe if a player wants to leave but do it professional for fks sake - he is just making himself look a complete tit
I pity him when he comes back to Anfield, that will be anything other than a warm reception for an ex player haha
That will be one of real hate for the lad. Real honest good old fashioned hate. He deserves it for this too. I pity him when he comes back to Anfield, that will be anything other than a warm reception for an ex player haha
The greats who have left have done it the right way. Even Suarez eventualy did it right and most fans have no issue.
Also Suarez went away and won even more. His career went up. Not many have left Liverpool and had an improvement in their game and career. Owen was dogst when he left and only won medals by being on the bench and basically through participation.

This is brilliant if true. The club have sent medical staff to his house to check on him.
Its like the truant officer for a school going round ya house to check. Honesty the nerve of the kid.
Brilliant. Hope his mum has written him a sick note in case he is too ill to answer the door. Its like the truant officer for a school going round ya house to check. Honesty the nerve of the kid.

I don't find it funny/hypocritical that we're holding out for our high valuation for Sterling, but are refusing to meet Villa's valuation for Benteke!
did you mean the "don't"I find it refreshing we are not bending over/negotiating like idiots any more. But the comparison is not especially valid seeing as it is public knowledge that City have half a billion in their back pocket, and Villa have some collected bum fluff

oi "Manchester City will launch a £50m offer for the youngster in the coming days, matching Liverpool’s valuation of the 20-year-old" come on then get on with it, bored already
