Sure, but why have him then? Or he could have been played in the right position in cup games to give Gerrard a break. Maybe he was, to be honest I remember very little about Sahin except that he seemed to be a dud. Now we have an idea why. Maybe he just blossomed under Klopp.

So does anyone else think BR's sacking and Klopp coming in was planned long ago?
Klopp said back when he left Dortmund he'll take a break until Novembet and voila, here we are near November he's coming in.
In addition BR hasn't seemed to have any heart in it for a while coupled with a change in transfer policy back at seasons end.
I wonder if Klopp had any influence over the summers transfers?

Clubs like Liverpool shouldn't lose 6-1 against Stoke.
Really cannot see how a so called top class manager like Klopp is happy to go along with a & lets be honest here a pretty dire Transfer committee .
FSG should tell Klopp he has to get Carragher on board if he wants the job because i feel that Carragher is the man should be managing Liverppol
