Lyon have confirmed they have rejected a 35m Euro bid from Arsenal for Lacazette.
So around £29m. In the current climate that really wasn't going to succeed was it.
29m ffs, why do you even bother , nearly as bad as 50m + £1 So around £29m. In the current climate that really wasn't going to succeed was it.
If you want him bang 45m down as see what they do

Bournemouth also interested. Might need to up it to 16. Have to say I'd be more more excited at the idea of The Ox turning into a consistent player who demands selection every week and Ozil and Sanchez signing new contracts than signing new players. Not saying we don't need them but it'll be criminal if Ox doesn't justify his potential and if either of those two don't sign new contracts we're taking a serious step backwards. In fact the more you look at our team is some of the current squad started justifying their wages we'd have have a great team! Walcott, Ramsey, Wilshere and The Ox are all much better players than they showed last year.
Dont think you can knock Ramseys performance especially after what he's been through, but the other three need binning sharpish if they dont buck up and start showing some steel and consistency by Xmas.
Walcott and Ox were both clueless last year and Jack needs to learn not to injure himself every 5 minutes, mostly by hurling himself into challeges after sodding about and getting caught in possesion in midfield, rather than distributing the ball quickly.

Granted I was harsh on Ramsey, he's just not been the player he could have been for us over the last couple of years. High hopes that with paired with Xhaka he could be back to the form he was two years ago. We're short in many places but Central Midfield certainly isn't one of them.
