A truly appalling performance in the first half capped by the utterly pointless, brainless and talentless Girouds stupidity.
yes

To be fair, they are now playing without a striker..... So what's new?

English teams doing the PL proud this round of games eh.

We need to all do well this season rather than laugh at each other for losing IMO, otherwise England risk losing a Champions League spot. frown

An utter embarrassment.

I really think we'll get a hiding at the weekend.

Well having watched that debacle, the only positive I can get from that game is thank fk we don't have to watch our team in a stadium as ste as theirs!

Giroud hasn't been the same player since he was rumbled with that bit of brass.

Meh...they're all foreign owned clubs, with foreign managers and mostly foreign players. Fortunately for the teams involved, it's a league not knock-out, so you can afford a couple of poor performances. Arsenal & Chelsea will progress out of their groups.

I thought that - has to be the worst stadium I can think of!

He's also scored more than Rooney since he arrived in England...
redundant stat....

rooney hasnt had anywhere near the quality of supply giroud has .... and rooney often plays far deeper.

More crazy decisions from the manager. Six changes? WTF! Play a full first team in the first game and win it, win the second then think about rotating. Utterly crazy decision. But not the first time. Deja vu. Same old Arsenal.......

The only time you ever comment on this thread is to slag off Giroud. Get over it, it's boring.

Dreadful performance last night. Theo scoring a good goal the only real plus point. Giroud needs to be dropped for a bit, he looks like a man with some issues - the lack of celebration after scoring against Stoke, the bizarre tantrum yesterday to get sent off. I'd still back him to be top scorer for us this season but not with his head where it is.
