It's West Ham, that's what happens.

They should probably call Fat Sam up and apologise, he's the only one that can save them now hehe

He's quite good isn't he....brilliant hat-trick today. He's just got everything. In his new (for Arsenal) central position he just causes defenders so many problems.

Wenger: Thanks for getting Aguero and Fernandinho suspended

Fabregas: No problem, can I come back now?

Wenger: Sorry wrong number

hehe Stranger things have happened, with Santi's injury situation and Fabregas' lack of game time under Conte. To be honest i think he's one that peaked early and is on the wane now, he still has the touch and the vision for passes as he showed yesterday but his pace and work rate are nowhere near what they were before he left us.

According to The Guardian....

"Gunners boss Arsene Wenger believes the club's "values and ambition" will be more significant than money in convincing Sanchez to stay."

More AW delusion roflrofl

As I said months ago, I will be gobsmacked if Alexis and Ozil remain at Arsenal...happily gobsmacked of course, but sadly, I'm fully expecting them to move on I'm afraid.
Rumour is Pep wants Sanchez at City.

What I might ask myself is, if they refuse the tabled offers (circa 200k/week?) would other clubs pay that kind of wage? City could but would they? (probably or very close to). Who else? It's going to be very interesting (and nervy) to see how this pans out. Shame in a way as this is the most complete and consistent squad we've seen for quite a while. Tonight was a good example of that.

Great performance and especially good to see the likes of Perez and Gibbs perform.

Whatever they want Ozil and Sanchez are worth it....if you could even sign a comparable player (which is a long way from a given) you'd be looking at a salary of £200k anyway. They're good enough to trouble any defence, long long time sick Gooner's have been able to say that.

Not that ANYBODY except a brain surgeon maybe is really worth £200k a week, but in modern day football, these TWO are (for Arsenal). If they go, you won't get comparable players for any less.

This is where AW is too long in the tooth with his approach .. unless the moneymen are simply saying 'no'.
