Isn't one of the definitions of madness doing the same thing time and time again and expecting a different result?

Yes. I believe you're right.

Watching that shower of st is much the same.

Yep, and we were saying the same thing this time last year! Look what it's doing to us!

If only you hadn't conceded the 5th goal. Then AW could have rightly claimed progress was being made. hehe

And that tt Ospina making saves, why couldn't he have conceded another 4 or 5?

Come on Sutton please, please beat us. I want this bd out of our club and I'm prepared to take a couple more humiliations to make sure it happens.

I don't even feel sorry for Watner any more,we're well past any feelings of respect or dignity. I honestly feel I've been cheated out of enjoying being a fan of this club for at least the last 5 years (probably longer) due to his stubborness and selfishness.

It's only 5-1.

We still have a chance.

Taking nothing away from Bayern; they were great. They were so good, they made us look st. They must have been watching our games against Burnley, Swansea, Southampton etc.

Don't worry it'll be the same level of preparation that Watner put in on Bayern. I was so taken aback when Robben cut inside and bent that one into the roof of the net for the 1st .....

I've been past the stage of respect for The manager for a number of years and others on here will testify. I have nothing hate for him an absolute loathing. He appears on TV feeling sorry for himself tonight. No mention for the long suffering supporters and in particular those that went all that way tonight. He's a disgrace , totally despicable.

I'm sure any sorry he might feel is comforted by the millions in his bank while the supporters wait for the next pay check to clear their overdraft again so that they can spend good money after bad following this shower of st around the country.

I've said this before on here at least once,he(they) need to be hit where it hurts. Stop going. The Scouse did it when they wanted Woy out. The difference is it was publicised and the fans had the gumption to go through with it. The other difference being the board had some jurisdiction in the matter. It's the only way to stop the gravy train.

I didnt intend on watching tonight because i fully expected us to be well and truely reamed, exactly as it turned out, I went out for a drink with a mate instead, only to find my local which never shows football has suddenly decided to pay BT, so i watched at the pub more by proxy than by choice. Ouch.

I think its got to a point now where you have to have to question just how stubborn someone has to be to sit back and watch while they systematically ruin their own legacy. I admire Wenger immensely for what he's achieved over the years but someone needs to tell him enough is enough. The more he carries on the more he's doing himself an injustice. Times have moved on and he's just getting found out in the same way he moved things on when he started with us.

Its sad because he has so much class, just not enough to know when to walk. I guess perhaps its because he feels the possible replacements currently available wont have his integrity. I'm kind of sad to sit back and watch the slagging which even I've succumbed to at times, but lets not forget we do have a special man there, he's just not up to it anymore and i fear we may go on a Man U sized downward spiral when he goes unless we are very lucky.

Maybe the end for Sanchez and Ozil?
I've said on here on multiple occasions in the last 9 months or more that IMHO they would not be at the Emirates past the end of this season, and I'm not seeing anything that is making me change my mind on that.

So, I was watching the post match analysis with Ferdinand known etc and it dawned on me,
If you took the score line tags off the screen, and they didn't refer to names and goalscorers, you would be hard pushed to know which year that was.
Really, you could have just replayed any of the last five or six.
I can't abide Ferdinand, but in fairness to him, he "just" fell short of saying " I'm just repeating myself, it's a joke"

Cos it is.
I don't want to turn my phone on, much less go to work today !!!
