Utterly bonkers. No complaints re Costa's ban but Gabriel kicked out in frustration. How can that not be a red card?TwigtheWonderkid said:

And Sky will have a camera on him every second of every game from now on. He's very clever how he most of what he does is way off the ball...unlikely to get away with it now. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34331311

You say that, but he got banned in the same way for a stamp last year off the ball and yet a year later we are in the same position - I reckon he will keep out of the spotlight for a while until it dies down and then start doing his usual again - either way, Diego will become a little less effective for a while because of this.Cheib said:
Second half they were all over us until Sanchez came on. What a performance from Flamini! Second team put the Spuds out, a lot worse nights than this!
good result, not sure that was the 2nd team but still! how average did giroud look again lolabsolutely love flamini ... top boy, always has been for afc, no stupid haircut or facial hair just pure ... committment ! nice guy too....
One thing you can say about Flamini is that he's certainly made more of his ability than a long line of distinguished clowns we've had. That game has defined his season....if he'd been off the mark that might have been the end of his Arsenal career. Instead he came in having had not a single minute on the pitch this season and played a blinder. What's funny about it is how he excelled as a box to box player when he's always been seen as a limited DM. If le Coq isn't fit tomorrow be interesting to see who starts, presumably Ramsey will play centrally with Santi injured.
