We are on a bad run and it could get worse tomorrow if we lose to lower league opposition !!!

Utterly bonkers. No complaints re Costa's ban but Gabriel kicked out in frustration. How can that not be a red card?

Hardly a kick, was it.

It's clear he knew what he was doing but a long way from being a kick. Mike Dean needs kicking.

Look at the link I put up a couple of days ago, apparently that was the footage Arsenal used to show he didn't even make contact.

And Sky will have a camera on him every second of every game from now on. He's very clever how he most of what he does is way off the ball...unlikely to get away with it now.

You say that, but he got banned in the same way for a stamp last year off the ball and yet a year later we are in the same position - I reckon he will keep out of the spotlight for a while until it dies down and then start doing his usual again - either way, Diego will become a little less effective for a while because of this.

i do hope we stuff these upstarts, however as a big fan of HK im a little wary of what a decent striker can do and he is that if given the right supply....

do we know the Arsenal line up yet ?

Full on rotation, hopefully the full backs in particular do a fk of a lot better than in the CL. Big chance for Joel Campbell.

Second half they were all over us until Sanchez came on. What a performance from Flamini! Second team put the Spuds out, a lot worse nights than this!

One thing you can say about Flamini is that he's certainly made more of his ability than a long line of distinguished clowns we've had. That game has defined his season....if he'd been off the mark that might have been the end of his Arsenal career. Instead he came in having had not a single minute on the pitch this season and played a blinder. What's funny about it is how he excelled as a box to box player when he's always been seen as a limited DM. If le Coq isn't fit tomorrow be interesting to see who starts, presumably Ramsey will play centrally with Santi injured.

So, two decent away wins in a row this week. Great to see Sanchez back in the goals again smile
