Remi Garde as Wenger's successor?
Maybe...Could be why it's reported that Wenger has urged him to take the vacant Villa job, even if he can't take his own coaching staff with him. Probably told him, that he won't be there long anyway, and it would give him important PL experience to be then considered for the job at the Emirates when AW retires......
It's a shame Tony Adams can't be involved as if anyone made 110% of his talent it was him.

Absolutely,
While the fickle are currently getting excited because we're second in the league. We ain't going to win the league, not a cat hells chance!
The injury problem has existed for years and years, this isn't bad luck, this is a fundamental problem with the Management of the players. I have serious reservations about our training methods, our medical staff who appear largely clueless. Every year we lose a minimal 8 players at a time, every single year without exception.
Still, a few decent results and Wenger is the best thing since sliced bread apparently. Mark my words again; an embarrassment is never far away. We had one in midweek and we'll have another one in the league at some point.
My word you speak some utter, utter drivel. No matter what you say, it's OK to actually enjoy some good form and good results from your team. Describing those who do as 'fickle'? Remarkable arrogance. While the fickle are currently getting excited because we're second in the league. We ain't going to win the league, not a cat hells chance!

As for the last comment - so what? No one here is under the impression that arsenal will win every game between now and the end of the season! Of course there will be a bad result coming up! Still, at least now you've said it here you can crop up next time we lose with an 'I told you so' like you normally do.

Agreed. Let's just enjoy it. It would be dull if there weren't ups and downs.
Personally I'm enjoying the football. Especially loving young Mr Bellerin who is the best young defender we've had since Cole...he's just going from strength to strength. Not bad for a (free) make weight that Wenger had Barca include as part of the Fabregas transfer. He's worth rather more than Fabregas now I reckon....Cheib said:

Speaking of Bellerin it's just been said he misses the game tomorrow with a groin injury..scrubchub said:

I'm talking specifically about the changing attitude towards the Manager. What happens at Arsenal probably more than any other club is the fans feelings towards the manager fluctuate from one extreme to the other. For me, if you want the club to compete at the highest level you will recognise the need for change.
For a club the size of Arsenal tonight is an embarrassment. For clarification, by embarrassment I'm referring to the manner of defeat rather than defeat itself.

I agree with you about Bellerin. I'm not sure he's worth more than Fabregas, however I understand where you're coming from.Alfahorn said:
For someone who apparently talks drivel, it's uncanny how often I'm right isn't it?

You really are as predictable as the sun. You even quote me saying that I know you'll be back as soon as Arsenal lose saying 'I told you so'... and here you are.I'm talking specifically about the changing attitude towards the Manager. To turn up at this point, with that quote, it's nothing more than gloating. You very much come across as someone who prefers to see the team he is supposed to support lose more than he enjoys them winning.
Tonight was poor, no doubt. It happens, we got a pasting. You aren't some kind of football oracle to predict a few days ago that Arsenal were going to get beaten at some point. You were wrong when you described Giroud as a 'championship level striker' (I'm not arguing that anymore as I posted a load of evidence to suggest otherwise a few pages back that just got ignored). You get very little correct that isn't bleedingly obvious, despite how much you enjoy telling everyone how correct you often are.
Anyway there's no point in arguing with the likes of you. Too arrogant, to self assured. Not worth the bother. One of the benefits of Arsenal beinng in good form is that you rarely post (Bobo as well) in this forum. If this is the start of some poor form then I#ll be gone as I've no wish to read your nonsense.
