Give 'em chance he's only just in after the previous week.

I have always been a 'Wenger in' guy as I just don't know who we could get in, and more to the point, who would want to come in that could genuinely take the club forward. Klopp could have been that person, but we missed the boat on that one. However Wenger and the DM position is one that has mystified me for many years now. Quite how he has failed to strengthen in this area over the last maybe 5 or 6 seasons is beyond me!!??

He will put out all the right messages about needing to strengthen 'if necessary' in January. What will happen is he'll try Callum Chambers in the role. He'll do a decent job against a weaker side and the need to buy will be suspended.

Yep, plus the injured players will come back into the team or training, be classed as a new signing, and thus we don't need to sign anyone. Which will work till March when they all get injured again!

Listened to the start of the game on Radio 5 as was driving, and an interesting point made by Jenas on the injuries Aresnal suffer. He was saying when they trained at Arsenal facilities (with England) and played on the pitch at the Emirates they use to feel the pitch was very hard compared to the Tottenham pitch - thus always felt much harder on the joints etc...

Jenas preaching to Arsenal on injuries? rofl i guess he was an expert though thumbup

Back in the real world, decent game tonight, Ozil and Alexis on fire, ish. Some sublime touches even if the finish wasnt always there. Good to see Ramsey get a few minutes under his belt.

Was at the game, surprised to see lots of empty seats.

Just Kos and Alexis injured so far then, bloody ridiculous. Campbell has been playing well, should have given Alexis a rare break...

Yep, more injury misery, it never ends.

We'll need to buy a whole squad in January at this rate.

All things considered shocking result really and to lose two key players whilst scrabbling with a bottom of the league club makes it even worse.

It was an awful performance that only got worse once we lost Sanchez. We look like we'll be without Sanchez for a few weeks and with Walcott and Welbeck also out we're very short of options.

On 5 live again they're questioning training methods and the efforts of the medical staff. It's not a coincidence that we've suffered so many injuries every season for the last 5 or 6 years.

Questionable medical care, questionable training methods and failure to strengthen our very stretched squad are costing us again.

Rumour on the BBC Gossip column (which I appreciate is just that, gossip) says that Santi is also out for 3 months frown

Not a classic performance yesterday but three points when everyone else drew or lost smile Ozil HAS to stay fit!
