... Scotland were well and truly battered. No offence intended. It's just that Sterling and co were a joy to watch.
I wouldn't say that. Scotland offered nothing, two lame attempts on goal and to be honest I don't think Hart actually had to make a save. England scored three good goals (not two) from three well worked attacks. There was never a point that Scotland looked like winning. As Glen just said better finishers would have punished England and England were clinical. We missed our chances and you took all yours.
Hanley should have scored. Forrest should have scored. Snodgrass probably should have scored too. Griffiths should have played Snodgrass through when 2 on 2 and Snodgrass moving clear.

All ifs and maybes, we agree Scotland missed their chances whereas England engineered scoring opportunities and took them. I wasn't looking for an argument, and trust me I don't think England are much good, nor entertaining to watch, but Scotland would never have won that game.
Engineered? The first one was a cross after the ball luckily rebounded out to Walker. Nice cross but it's always hit or miss if the ball lands on a player's head.
Second was another goal when the ball landed on Lallana's head behind 3/4 defenders. I've never noted him for his heading ability, but the header bounced into the corner.
The third goal was from a corner. It was a dreadful goal to lose.
It wasn't exactly Barcelona slicing a team to bits to score a goal.
Losing 3 headers is dreadful defending.

England were there for the taking. They aren't a good side at all.
Agree. A half decent side would have scored 4 goals between our first and our second. Shocking defending. But fortunately, we weren't playing a half decent side.Llaaalllannnaaa got motm, but the fact is if he was German, he wouldn't get anywhere near playing international football.

A Rangers supporter who kicked a Hibs fan after the Scottish Cup final last year during a pitch invasion, has been jailed for nine months.Darren McDonald, 40, travelled from Ballymena, Co Antrim, to support his team when he was caught on camera after the match.
He was named at the time and pictured in the media after the game that saw Hibs beat Rangers 3-2 on May 21.
At Glasgow Sheriff Court he pled guilty to running on to the pitch after the final whistle and assaulting the unknown man and kicking him on the head or body.
Sheriff Stuart Reid handed McDonald the jail time and a three and a half year football banning order.
McDonald is currently serving a sentence in Northern Ireland and the latest jail term is to start after that finishes.
Footage from the match was played to the court and newspaper reports from the time that reported the incident with McDonald were brought to the sheriff's attention.
McDonald was seen clearly wearing a pink T-shirt and has distinctive tattoos.

Classy individual, above.
They didn't settle the outstanding bill after 4 months. Driver101 said:
When I seen this thread bumped I was expecting to see the stories of Rangers not being able to afford their £40,000 debt for the wrecked toilets.
Source of claim, please?Rangers have already said they need more loans to see the season out.
It's hard to argue that they could afford it.
You can't blame Celtic withholding the ticket money to pay for the damage.

Haven't we seen this a few times before?
Why do you think Rangers hadn't paid the debt? You do know there isn't the finances to see out the season?
What's your theory?

I'll keep my unsourced theories and unfounded claims to myself, thanks. Wouldn't want to get myself in trouble Haven't we seen this a few times before?

Rangers didn't pay the debt after 4 months.
Rangers say they don't have enough money to see the season through.
Who is going to give me into trouble?

Where do you even start with that? Two Englishmen drawing the balls, one acting the wk, the other unable to read a single digit number. The main guy thinking we're still in a year starting 19**, then forgetting Rod is a Sir. Amateur hour doesn't start to cover it.
Imagine how bad it would be if we were independent.
