What the hell is actually happening?

Are the board just trying to force him out the door whilst pretending they are doing him a favour of letting him go without compensation?

I see Forest have now announced a caretaker until the end of the season so the statement they were leaving to go to there is wrong.

An extraordinary and shambolic situation.

It's the board that need removed. Every last thing they say or do just ends in embarrassment.

I did originally think their website had been hacked with the mess of the statement they put out. Them I remembered that every statement they've put out in the past was the exact same.

fk me, I agree with Driver101.

God only knows what's going on in there tbh, it's a fking joke. The line was 'we weren't where we expected to be at this stage'. Well we're 2nd/3rd with a team of cast offs, old men and journeymen- where the fk did they want to be?

I'd be all for forgetting about benefactors, £30m's and all that and just get the club functioning as a club and business first. I couldn't give a fk about 10IAR because in my eyes it's tainted AF. I'd far rather we have a club than break it trying to stop Celtic.

Say what you like about the Murray/Bain years but this sort of stuff simply wouldn't happen. Right now I quite fancy an FC United style breakaway.

here do you even start with that?

Two Englishmen drawing the balls, one acting the wk, the other unable to read a single digit number. The main guy thinking we're still in a year starting 19**, then forgetting Rod is a Sir. Amateur hour doesn't start to cover it.

Imagine how bad it would be if we were independent.
The cringe is strong in this one, if Scotland was independent he wouldn't have been a Sir

I assume taking your logic to its natural conclusion that Rangers NIAR was tainted as well?

And Celtic would be on 11/12 IAR right now if titles had been reallocated due to financial doping! wink

You keep self stupefying in your Bridgeton bedsit, spouting mysoginistic abuse about our FM, deluding yourself about Holyrood getting shut down despite it only being the opinion of the lunatic fringe and let the grown ups worry about Scottish self determination, there's a good lad

, dependent on Germany's cash.

And I'll say whatever the fk I like about our FM. She's my MSP.

Anyway, there's a thread for this, take it there. Oh wait, you can't, can you?

I'm more a fan of an EFTA deal, would argue that once independent there should be a referendum on the Monarchy & The EU

Off course you can say what you like, it's just help shine a light on you pig ignorance, misogyny & bigotry

Not be long until the next volume, admit it, you've missed me wink

Given I live in and therefore see her constituency every day I'm certainly not ignorant of how little she's achieved.

And I'm not sure you understand misogyny. I don't dislike her because she's a woman, I dislike her for what she says and does, the fact she's allegedly female is neither here nor there. I have nothing but contempt for fat Alex too.

I don't have any problem whatsoever with May as PM. Nor Thatcher for that matter. Sturgeon couldn't lace either's boots. That is the issue.

I find it intriguing that a club not old enough to cross the road without supervision takes up a whole evening on SSN and this thread.

It looks like there's a possibility Warburton, Weir and McPartland thought they could hop from one rug to another, but they've both been pulled from under them.

What we need is another court case that may ensue if WWM claim their agent was acting without their knowledge scratchchin

Not again. Why is it every time Rangers are the talking point on a negative conversation the "obsessed" lines or "you only want to talk about us" st comes out?

It's a bizarre scenario that has filled the papers. There's no need to get all defensive.

If there was a resignation tendered Rangers won't have any issue proving so.

The issue is you've got to either put your trust in a man that was buckling under the pressure, or a man that can't be trusted. It's a tough choice.

Has Davie Weir said anything publically yet?

It's because of the dichotomy of "we don't recognise this Rangers" with the desire exhibited by the rest of the country to discuss every aspect of the club. As I say - intriguing. Obviously a massive institution to fill the papers.

I've not clocked anything from David Weir yet. The issue is nobody knows at present. If they don't believe they've resigned, have they turned up for work?

Well, according to the Sky presenter, neither of them are in charge today.

I think they knew not to turn up. They couldn't have been made less welcome and we don't know what had been said behind the scenes. I guess we're heading for another protracted bitter fight across the press. It's all this negative stuff that sells papers and keeps Rangers in the headlines.

I'm not sure why you are shocked as if this was any of your rivals you'd be talking about it too.

People do acknowledge Rangers. I don't think anyone could have missed what had happened over the last few years. I'm sure we've all heard the stories.

Is this the definition of institution you are referring to? laugh

3.
a public or private place for the care or confinement of inmates, especially mental patients or other persons with physical or mental disabilities.

That kind of covers the shambles of a club and explains the behaviour. laugh
