Looking like the Wembley thing is coming along nicely
It had to be that or the council house. MK Dons would have never worked.
Yea i guess it is the only option. TBH i've not read too much about it but do we know if the whole stadium will be used ?

Would be nice for a non season ticket holder like me & many others like me to get to a few games.
That's what I'm hoping. The wife has never been to a top flight footy match and I'm hoping the extra capacity will make it easier.

They are going to close the top tier so circa 50k - this is to satisfy Brent Council who hold the event licence. This is only for the league games/season. Don't about the proposed CL games next season.

You'd think they would welcome the extra fans, given the money they would create from fans spending inside the stadium as well as boosting business for the local community & shops.

I do get the feeling that renting wembley will have so many silly rules & red tape bks when all we want to do is go & see our team play.

I'm going to pen a letter to the bicycle badass Boris.

Wouldn't it be great if I could go on online, pick my seats for a certain match, pay for them and they turn up in the post a few days later or they scan an image on my phone when I arrive...

His ban was doubled due to the ineffective result of his attack.
Had he gouged Costa's eye, it would be been 3 games and a round of applause!

It's appalling that the FA hand him a 6 game ban for just showing passion and character eh?

I dread to think of all the time Utd players could have missed this season had they shown any passion at all.

A similar amount as Liverpool's players if they wanted to play the whole of the season rather than just the last couple of months I guess.

6 games seems a little harsh on Dembele , in all fairness to costa he doesn't make that much of it.

I just hope the FA show some consistency in future when dishing out bans.

Not harsh at all. The fact that what he did was ineffective was not the point.

It was a straight out deliberate act of violence. 6 games is light IMO, no place for it on a football field.

The bloke's a weapon's grade bell-end for doing it.
