Yeah it is...but a subscription one so not like any other ie crap.....
i have had it a month now it stopped once, I simply went off the sky sports link onto a BEIN HD and it was perfect......

There is no ads or anything with this like the person mentioned above...you can trial it for 1 day I think for a nominal fee....

Just had a quick google and you can download a kodi app on an android tablet so I might give that go.

to be honest I'm not sure but I live on a farm no fiber whats not, its powerful enough to stream to a tablet but not to my telly.
