Thanks all, will try the Stanmore option. Cheaper than a night in the Ibis. laugh

I'm lucky enough to be two stops away on the tube. Getting on one after a game isn't very fun though.

Yes it's horrible which is why I stayed in the hotel previously. For the first CL game I think it took me about 40 minutes to shuffle along Olympic way to Wembley Park.

Me too.

I suppose the advantage of the Ibis is you can be drowning your sorrows a few minutes after the final whistle. laugh

You'll be okay going Northbound to Stanmore, it's usually pretty quiet, the fun bit is pushing through the crowd waiting to get on the southbound platform.

The TV companies haven't hung around, have they?

Chelsea v Man Utd on BT

Arsenal v Lincoln on BBC

Middlesbrough v Huddersfield/Man City on Sky

Spurs v Millwall on Crimewatch.

Wembley now sold out for tomorrow night.

Let's hope we finally get a win there.

Tickets are about 10quid or something arnt they, even if you dont support spurs and you wanted an evening out you would go for that price.

Yeah but to sell 90,000 tickets for a ground in the arse end of nowhere which is a nightmare to get back from on a wet Thursday night in a game we will obviously lose, as I said im surprised I wasn't expecting a sell out. Am looking forward to it mind.

You're making an assumption that there were 90,000 tickets put on sale laugh I *think* they opened the upper tier but not 100% sure of that.

I may be making this up. But, I think I heard during Sunday's glorious victory that they'd already sold 82,000 tickets by then.
