That's the difference I guess, we look at the bigger picture, not just finishing top 4 like you lot. All is not as it seems when you consider all the matches we're involved in which is kind of relevant, right? We've outscored Spurs this season, which is amazing don't you think, especially considering how average we are?

We qualified for the ECL last season, this year Louis got us 5th the great big donut!

Winning the ECL is fking hard work! It's great when you win it though, maybe one day you lot will experience it. wink
You've scored 38 we've scored 50, I do hope you don't work with peoples money!

You're a complete lost cause. Let's see what you've got by the end of the season and what we've won. All your pretty football will count for nothing by the end of the season I guarantee it.
Pretty football? Tottenham don't have a single flair player, Eriksen can't even beat the first man on a corner!
It's embarrassing isn't it? And worse - he's now added a short corner routine to his ensemble. Stoke nearly scored from one such debacle on Sunday.

There's a really good double-page article on Jimmy Greaves in today's Telegraph.

We have a devil. Another reason for players to choose United over Spurs. thumbup
You must be nuts

Their CB's get into your team (both)
Rose does
Dembele is more a threat and consistent than Pogba
Kane you take
Ali and Miky tough one as I like them both

so I get at least 5 in

Red tinted glasses at their best.

Not much to pick between the goalies. Our entire back four walks into their starting 11, as does dembelle, Wanyama and Ali. Not much to chose between Ibra and Kane although they would of course take Kane in a heartbeat given age etc.,

He scored 20 or more goals in 11 of his first 12 seasons. Wonderful.

I must be nuts.

Their CB's I'm unconvinced by. Don't get me wrong there are things our current CB's do that give me shivers (at times) but I wouldn't say they are any worse than Vertonghen and Alderwiereld.

Rose, yes I think you could make a case for him as we haven't got a settled LB but with Shaw we have that same potential as Rose but he has to show it FFS!

I wouldn't swap Pogba for Dembele, not in a million years. If it helps Dembele hasn't scored nor made any assists this season. Pogba has 8 goals and 4 assists. As such I make Pogba more "threatening" than Dembele. Consistency is subjective and needs context. There's also a 6 year gap between the 2 players ages.

Kane yes I would put him in the squad and possibly the first 11, but that would mean dropping Ibra hmmm.

Alli yes I think you could make a case for him being a first 11 player at United, but as you say that would involve probably Miky not playing and I like Miky...a lot.

All moot of course as none of them will ever sign for United, so it's just opinion and opinions are like aholes...

How many would you put into the Liverpool team?

What a player he was . Absolute hero in a time when brawn was the main game.

He just seemed to glide across the pitch.

Looking forward to reading this later.

You've scored 71 goals this season.

Go figure!
Talking about the league, apples with apples y'know. The one Manchester United used to dominate with home developed talent.

Nine years ago you won the champions league, now you can't even qualify and an EFL cup counts as a major success.

Go figure!

If you need any help with supporting a fallen giant, we can help you, we have many years of experience.
Or you could look to us Liverpool fans. We have gracefully accepted our glory days are behind us...

Nuts doesn't even come close. Seriously what planet are you on?

Best defence in the league last season, best defence in the league this season of which verts and Alderwield are the two biggest components.

you must be on a wind up laugh

I think I'm going to have to leave it there. There simply is no point. You lot will always believe your team is better than ours. That's fine. I guess we'll just see how things pan out. None of our team would get in your first 11. What bullst. rofl
