Sitting in the Park Lane 'Gods' you get a good view of the shape of the team. There were times where we where in tha hand grenade position. ( all the layers wold be dead if noe wa thrown in the middle of them. No width at all.
BUT the good thing was looking at what could be called the Europa back £ plus Toby. Wimer is looking good, Davies getting better every game, and a right back who can cross a ball. for the first time in many years whoever is in he back four, i am not think oh bugger, even Dier an fir in if reqd.
All Lamema needs is the belief in himself to do that extra 5%, his tracking back is great, Son coming on shows that we do not really need another forward, and all in all it looksl ike thre really is a colctive wuad mentality, without the 'prima donna/diva' attitude that has prevaded the club over the years. Poch is doing good. The run in isnt as bad as it could be, I would take a point next week and at Chlesea and pool, but those all look winnable these days. And the bananskins that ae Utd and the arse at WHL and the annual kicking off the pitch at Stoke. I think i will enjoy the last third of the season.
If all the paper talk is to believed, and i never do. Bales could be on is way out of RM ,as they want to bring in three new galacticos, bearing in mind the following
Brits only seem to spend three years at RM
Bale wants his daughter to have an British Education
Spurs have 'first refusal' should he be up for sale
RM still owe us a shedful on the deal
Levy still has most of the Bale money siting in his pigy bank
Agent aside, e doesnt need a wedge to live on once back hr,three years at 250k pw should keep him ok for the next couple of year until he rtires and buy a pub.
Wih him in this side the new WHL would be full every week and we would be winning everything in sight.
