With almost daily escalations in the security situation in France at this time, with them all but declaring all out war against ISIS.... can the French still host such an important tournament... and if they cant, will the UK be asked to take this on for them?

Its early days for sure yet, but you can be sire that UEFA is worried by this situation.

French security forces may be too far stretched to guarantee the safety of fans and tourists...

I see all French football matches this weekend are home supporters only affairs... Not enough police resources available for football crowd control.

All away supporters in all French football matches have now been banned for the rest of the year as there is a lack of police to resource matches. This does not bode well for the capability for the Euro finals to me.

Support will come from other countries as usual. Not uncommon even without terrorism threats.
