I have to say I think if anyone is to go in the general first team I would say it should be Lallana. He doesn't offer something special like a lot of the others, and just isn't clinical enough.

Great game so far - they're really sitting back at the moment and letting us play. We're also pressing so well.

We may as well be playing 3 at the back as Moreno is playing closer to Sturridge than Toure

After Henderson.

Great start. Night and day over the Swansea experiment.

You can get it on the BBC website.
Works on really poor connections as well.
Oh I know - but no streaming here. Controls on the wifi. And no mobile data coverage unless I stand in the street with my hand in the air smile

seems a bit harsh.

however I once with an ex utd player and we "watched" a Chelsea v Man U game that went to penalties on the BBC web text updates on my phone when we couldn't get his TV working

It was quite an exciting way to watch a game.

At least the wifi works for everything else, and was free. Actually better than many hotels in this country. It is a weird way to follow the game - the random comments in here are no help at all (apart from "Get in!") ! hehe

We need to start the second half the same as the first and try and get the second asap, as the longer it goes on 1-0 Villareal will fancy their chances of nicking a goal on the break, especially against our defence.

If they get one we will need 3.

Glad I could help, hopefully a couple more in the second half. We are easily the better side at the moment but it's still far too close score wise.

Exactly. But we need to score next to give us the platform. If they score first, it will be a bigger psychological blow than if we score first and then they score. We really need to get the next goal.

How's Sturridge doing? He's not getting mentioned much on the Beeb text

There's been quite a few crosses into the box with quite a few of our players there but none have quite worked yet.

I think we might have got a bit tired in the later part of that half - we just pressed them so much it must have been pretty tiring to keep up the whole game. I agree it is important to get a goal quite early in this next half as I don't think we will have the energy to do it if they get a goal late on.
