Not sure how you all think Sterling has been a failure since leaving Liverpool.
He's currently a regular starter in the England 1st XI, he's about to start playing for the most sought after manager in the world, he's just about to start playing for the 3rd consecutive season in the prestigious champions league, he earns they say around £200k a week & the kids only 21 years old.
I think he's done rather well in all honesty.
Thanks for that, I reckon you have pitched that troll post EXACTLY spot on. Good look to Raheem and all his north London followers.

Fair play to him he is stealing a living, but I suspect after the players Pep has had to work with he must look at Sterling and think WTF.

And it's yet to be seen whether he plays for Pep. My bet would be that he plays a bit part in City's next season, at best. Good luck to him though, if he realises his potential he'd be a fantastic player to watch.
Its hard not to feel a lot of schadenfreude when it comes to Sterling, and his agent in particular but the brutal truth is he moved to a club more likely to win things and got a mahoosive pay rise, and his scum bag agent earned a nice % of that £50M which will encourage further scumbag behaviour.
We can hardly grumble given our raiding of Southampton players.
He hasn't got the same playing time he was getting at Liverpool, and short-term his confidence is shot and ability has worsened. Probably not nice to be the public whipping boy of England at the Euros either.
As he left LFC in an unpleasant manner I don't care for him or his development - I suspect he will be blaming everyone else and collect a few medals from the bench, whilst feeling a fk-you smugness while looking at his bank balance and cruising in his white Bentley CGT with chrome spinners and booster cushion on drivers seat.

I don't think anyone was complaining about that - it was just he was not a £50M. He has a big flaw for a club like City which is he is an attaching midfielder who cannot score. For a club like us we may not have the money to improve on a player like that so he could keep a first team place. For a club like City they have enough money that they won't "waste" a few wins a season as a result of him missing his chances, so they can throw a lot of money at a replacement who is attacking but ALSO can get goals (and so some extra points per season). Thus a lot guessed he might have issues with the move as a result of his big weakness. We can hardly grumble given our raiding of Southampton players.
ETA: Wee Joe is having another decent game,

Klopp used him sparingly, but he always did well when given the chance. The more players we have in form, the stronger the squad. I hope he stays. He has a role to play next season.
I wonder if we can say the same for Henderson...?
Can't see him really being a part of the team, certainly not Captain.I wonder if we can say the same for Henderson...?
