There's a distinct lack of LFC news around. Don't like it! Not that I think nothing is happening - I just miss seeing regular updates. Euros are all very well but all this footy and no LFC...

Yeah no doubt. Its like the lull before the exciting bits though lol. Mind you, THEN I'll just want the season to get started so we can see the change in the team...

Get on to a number of the Facebook Liverpool sites and Reddits Liverpool page. Stuff going on there but ultimately it's just rumour overload.

Seen some of those. tts ranting about lack of world class signings already. Really can't be arsed with the negativity!

We all need to remember who we wished for as a manager too - if we go off Klopps last club Dortmund he did not make big name signings, he turned them into big names.... I dont think he will sign any 'names' as such. I have full faith in the players he signs will fit exactly into his ethos so that is good enough for me.

Anyone really standing out though ? Payet maybe. A lot of the big names are very quiet. Pogba, Levondowski Sterling etc. Let's not forget Diouf, sometimes patience is not a bad thing.

Would the £30M for Mane not be better spent on Draxler? Certainly wouldn't be against Klopp recruiting some of his countrymen.

Draxler would be more like 50m, plus if he was avail all the big guns would want him...pure class always liked him.

I wasn't aware he'd cost that much but I knew he'd attract the big guns hence my comment about Klopp using his nationality to our advantage. Rafa certainly did!

prices have moved on. 20 mil buys you also rans. 30 mil buys you mediocre. 40 mil buys you good. 50 mil buys you great. 70 mil buys you class. 100 mil buys you world class. 120 mil plus buys you Bale.

This. Can't see why anyone would suggest doing anything other than what Klopp wants to do and WILL do. He's the boss and he's got a bloody good rep as a boss. Its his first Summer here, let him get on with it.
