I think we'll sell Moreno.
There's no talk of that whatsoever. He's staying and another LB will be brought in as competition.Personally I'd be happy with an upgrade to left back if we were to make one more signing. If there was 2 more signings then a central midfielder like Medel would be perfect. Particularly if we sell Lucas and Allen.
Klopp's team is taking shape.
One more signing a left back. Hector?

He's certainly done that all right. Still, we thought we'd bought goals with Lallana, and that didn't quite work out. Hopefully more will have their shooting boots on this season. Be nice to see goals and not hitting the woodwork/missed chances.Rumour being linked for Willems for LB at around £10m... been capped 20 times for the Netherlands too.

Allen also on his way to Stoke for his medical.

I think Lallana has improved really well under Klopp. The way he presses helps set the tempo to our preferred style of play. Still nowhere near enough goals and with the other attacking midfielders we've brought in I think he'll have to work harder to keep his regular starting place.
If we work on the basis of 2 players for each position, my starting guess would be
Karius Mignolet
Clyne Flanagan
Matip Lovren
Klavan Sakho
Moreno Gomez (though we might see a transfer in here yet)
Cann Milner
Henderson Grujic
Coutinho Wijnaldum (by all accounts he prefers to play behind the striker)
Firmino Lallana
Mane Ings
Sturridge Origi
Of course there is flexibility there, Klopp will no doubt test a few centre back combinations before he settles of a preferred 2. Players like Ings could also start as the lone striker and of course, injuries, form and opposition will lead to other combinations. But i think if we went for 2 players in each position then this is pretty much it.

Liverpool's up-and-coming talent Ryan Kent is finally set to complete his long awaited move out of Anfield this summer, according to a reliable Daily Mirror journalist.
The journalist revealed on Twitter that the winger is set to complete his move to Championship side Barnsley on a season-long loan move.
Tranmere Rovers v Liverpool - Pre-Season Friendly
The deal comes after the head-coach of Barnsley, Danny Heckingbottom, admitted his interest in signing the 19-year-old earlier this month, identifying him as a top transfer target.
It is believed the Oldham born winger is the ideal man to replace former loanee Lloyd Isgrove who has since returned to his parent club Southampton.
Kent had previously spent time out on-loan with Coventry last season until January, after his loan-deal was cut short by Jurgen Klopp so he could assess all his options with Liverpool.
The Englishman featured 10 times for the Sky Blues, scoring once which was also ironically against Barnsley, in what became their promotion winning season.

Worrying when the have the end the piece with one of... MILNER/HENDERSON/CAN
What ever happened to Wisdom. He seemed to do well a few years back when he played at RB... seems to have faded.

In all seriousness , do you all think Ings is better than Benteke ?
As a striker, no not yet. I think he will suit our style more. Its clear Benteke is a very good striker if the team is set up the right way for him. Benteke will probably get more goals at a team set up for him. Ings is a decent prospect, I think, with a good work ethic. Maybe when he's Benteke's age he will be as prolific in such a team.Gassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
