Origi's goal was excellent and whoever that was that set up Firmino for the second runs like an express train.
It was Ojo. Impressive wasn't it!
Certainly was, Christ. With him and Mane both having pace, we're finally blessed.

You leave him alone, seems like his new phone is spot on.

Haha it was bloody awful

Back on the Edge smile

We looked sharp and very quick last night, what was very noticeable was the number of players we were getting in the box..also the new CB is getting very good reviews smile

Some good highlights here if no one has seen any

I honestly think our cover at centre back is potentially as good as any in the league now. All five are very good players.

Klopp just needs to decide on his starting duo.

That's unfortunate. A tough pre-season was promised; I guess that would always mean a few casualties.

Roma 2 - 1 Liverpool.

Dodgy mobile phone highlights here:

http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/foot...

Intersting points - Mignolet makes another mistake, Moreno off injured with what looks like a dead leg, Klopp again starts Milner in LB role in preference to Moreno and does well, Wisdom and Stewart in makeshift defence second half, Wijanldum didn't offer much when utilised as a defensive midfielder again.

Personally against Barcelona and Mainz I'd like Klopp to play as close to his first team for the full 90 to build some understanding before going into the game against Arsenal.

If Milner started LB where did Moreno play? I agree with your last paragraph.

Going into this season without a proper FB cover and after watching that full 1st half a DM for certain games, I think we might come unstuck.. I watched Cann carefully and I just think it's not his nstural game, he is much more a box to box player and doesn't have the natural mindset of a DM and leaves gaps where you expect a DM to be covering..
Leaving these positions as they are could cost us big

I said ages ago we are crying out for a top notch specialised DM but we've just bought more attackers.

Klopp changed the whole team 2nd half apart from Wijnaldum.

Also I think Hendo and Milner will split the DM role with Can and Lucas. Not sure he will buy anyone else for that role. I really cant see Wijnaldum in that role either going forward.

Everyone has been questioning the lack of DM. Allen had a superb Euro 2016 playing as one of 2 DMs screening the defence. But he's not an athlete so Klopp sold him. This is fine if we've got a replacement coming in or Klopp can quickly mould Can/Henderson/Milner/New Serb into a DM.

Lucas is off to pastures new I'd imagine.

I can understand his signings as he has tried to buy us goals and pace something we were crying out for.. I just think if he doesnt sign a FB cover we are really risking it... Rumours are now he does not want Lucas to go, see how that pans out, if he doesnt want him to go and he does then surely he is saying he needs a DM ? still a long time in the window yet
