I must have missed the point we signed a new keeper and he broke his hand and is unable to play, or the fact that our new main CB got injured in pre season and was only able to play his 1st game the other day... read

Good, you asked some relevant questions before acting like a tosspot, we signed a keeper, he was injured pre-season. If you read back a few pages there is a lot of reasoned debate about LB and CM confirming we think we need reinforcements there

And you're happy with the left back options and central midfield? Again I'm not a fan so generally only see the odd game on sky or MoTD, but your central midfield options look poor. Interested to know the consensus from fans? Going forward I'd easily put Liverpool in the top 4/5 teams in the country.
AGAIN Grujic was bought for midfield and has been injured.

None of us are happy with the LB options - its been flogged to death in here over the last 2 weeks.
I thought Grujic came to us having played as an attacking midfielder? Another one of the 3 behind the striker.

He's at least better built than Lallana, Firmino and Coutinho.

I'm actually looking forward to the 3 behind the striker being Mane Grijic and Coutinho. All bring something different and that variety should help us break teams down.

Let's face it, even with everyone back we are short of quality at left back and just short in central midfield.

We've all seen the YouTube complications. Does Anyone think Henderson should be starting on Saturday?

If you feel like coming back maybe know what you are talking about and bring up some good points, you might not look so much of a troll and get a decent reply from us...

Not a clue where in midfield Grujic plays - assumed he was in the Lallana position but with Klopp's "fluid football" positions seem to be getting less relevant...

I didn't think youtube was that complicated hehe

No view on Henderson - if Klopp plays him, that's up to him. It already seems that Henderson and Moreno are this season's whipping boys again. As long as 1 of them plays, there'll always be grumbling on here.

I think it's important you start bhing ASAP.

Grujic spent eight years coming through the ranks at Red Star's academy and was handed his first-team debut aged 17 in May 2013 by former Portugal international Ricardo Sa Pinto.

After spending 2014 on loan in the Serbian second division with Kolubara, Grujic became a regular in Red Star's line-up in the 2014/15 campaign, and this season has five goals to his name in 21 appearances.

Grujic - a Serbia international at all age groups from U16s to U21s - is best known back home for being a member of his country's victorious U20 World Cup team that beat Brazil in June's final in Auckland.

If I had to compare Marko Grujic to anyone in terms of style of playing, I'd compare him to Steven Gerrard.

Serbian football journalist Vlastimir Stevanovic
Strengths and style of play

Tall, rangy, comfortable on the ball and with a good range of passing, Grujic has been dubbed the 'new Matic' back in his homeland because of his likeness in both appearance and position to Chelsea defensive midfielder Nemanja Matic.

However, the 19-year-old has the skills and shooting ability to be utilised further forward, as he has been at times this season.

It is that adaptability which has made Grujic one of Europe's most sought-after teenagers and Serbia-based journalist Vlastimir Stevanovic says of the player: "If I had to compare Marko Grujic to anyone in terms of style of playing, I'd compare him to Steven Gerrard.

"He can play offensively, but he would also be great at playing a deeper role, much like [Paul] Pogba, which is actually how he plays at Red Star.

"He is very tall and strong so he's great at aerial duels. He has excellent vision, a great passing game and he possesses great game intelligence."

In seems however that most of you guys actually wanted Mourinho, someone who shuns youth and only wants to buy ready-made Worldies.
Eric Bailly the ancient 22 year old worldie you mean

Or Pogba who apparently isnt a worldie and we overpayed at a very old 23 years old?

Both younger than your 2 main signings?

Shuns youth, what a load of bks!!

England U21 squad announced. Not a single Liverpool youngster in it. Sad times.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37185440

Both Manchester clubs have just one each.

I understand why you think some people are like that. I have complained a lot though, and I was one of those who stuck by Rodgers for "too" long some might say. It's just if we got rid of Rodgers for his lack of fixing the defensive problems and playing people out of position why not complain when the new person is doing the same thing? I think most of us believe with a few changes to our defensive set up we'd get 6+ extra points a year, which combined with the extra points I believe Mane will get us could mean challenging for CL football. I feel without the defense worked on that we will be in the usual fight for (avoiding?!?!) the Europa League.

Well he should, he did invent the internet!
I'm really worried after all this he'll have the game of his life against us at the weekend and we'll never be able to post in here again, laugh

You were being the silly one here, when you started commenting on things you didn't know about. If you'd asked it would have been fine, but you got a lot of things wrong and now are complaining when others question if you know what you are talking about.

We have a new CB and goalkeeper, but both were injured so did not play.

LB and Defensive midfielder has had massive discussions on here. Pretty much everyone agrees with each other, but the difference of opinion is if we should complain lots about it now, or give Klopp time to do what he wants and see if it works.

Mane so far seems to be on a different level from most of our attacking midfielders in terms of results and is likely to get us at like 3-6+ points over the season through the extra goals he scores/ creates for others compared to the players he would replace in the team. So although not addressing our main defensive issues he seems to be a very positive signing so far.
