Is it wrong to be disappointed with 5? Does feel we've relaxed a bit.

So anyone think LB is still a problem and we won't be contending for top four? Klopp out!

I blame Karius for the goal too. He had 1 thing to save and didn't do it. Bring back Mings.

Left the stadium feeling the last 20 minutes we were very disjointed.

We were excellent in the first half and I thought Firmino played exceptionally well. If we had a bit more composure in our build up play we would have scored 3 or 4 more today. Hopefully will only get sharper as the season develops.

Conceding at the corner was a shame, still leaves me feeling that any old team will get a chance to score against us from a decent set piece. Not sure why we're not getting better here. It looked like the keeper should have done better perhaps but it's how the ball always drops and we're too slow.

Regardless, an impressive team against a team that came to do a Burnley.

It's somewhat ironic that you complain any time we do badly that others will be on here saying "I was right about player x" or the tactics etc. You're bringing it up in every game we do well - so not much wonder people might same the same back when we do badly. You're also making stuff up - no one said Klopp out. I'd like you to quote it if they did, because I am certain no one said that or anything like that. Also no one said Milner would do badly there - just that he added a lot where he was before and that we would lose out on that. As it is Mane has added enough that he has in a sense replaced Milner's place in midfield (although a different type of player).

It's 6 games in. It's great we're doing well. I still think we might have some issues later with fitness (particularly if we go on long cup runs), or against teams who play 10-0-0, but am very happy we are playing so well these days. Not just the results, but the style of play. I'm not going to bring my doubts up as 1) everyone has seen my thoughts too many times 2) it's really annoying when people bring the same stuff up again and again, particularly if it's more negative. So best to just not mention it every match unless you want negative stuff pointed out (our defense on their one chance/ goal) and we just see what happens nearer Christmas. Not to mention we are "only" 3 points above 8th so it's not like we're doing much better than a lot of our competitors in terms of points.

There's a lot to be positive and comment about in the game rather than crowing about how you were right (despite the fact that it was pointed out after the two "bad" results that it was not enough games to really judge).

OK Guys, lets stop the bickering, we have just Battered hull and we are looking good at the moment.

We should all know there will be bad days at the office, but we are a team in the building and on the way up.

On our day I really think we can beat anyone, But we are still as likely to shoot ourselves in the foot, I think the one thing w can all agree on is the Klopp had a plan and at the moment it seems to be working. (quite alot of us questioned the LB situation but Klopp had a plan that is working at the moment).

So how about we enjoy the fact we are doing well at the moment and perhaps at the end of the day quietly believe we may have actually turned the corner and become genuine contenders again.

Yes, we don't have any back up at full back, but that can be fixed in January if needed.

I won't get involved in the bickering. I have always said that this a good team and a great squad and that they need time. I believe we are top four contenders and if as we showing so far this season, we can put the consistency together then we will do well. A great result today, a good performance and another 4+ goals. Definitely heading in the right direction - my only real concern is whether or not we will suffer from burnout later on in the season.

I'm sorry but NRS u might be a nice chap but you're boring now..it's like u are trying to get behind your opinions to prove people wrong on here
Let it go, support your team and your players and stop trying to be the one that had a point proved right 9ne game in 10

Every reds fans knew today was a test for us, could we do it against a team that set up for a draw best result...re battered then , stop doubting and talking about Rodgers like anyone is bothered and believe in what Klopp is doing
For me I am quite happy going and paying my money for once

OOh I enjoyed that, Lally is a new man and Roberto could he be the new Gerrardo ? Great play right through the team and our goalie was never tried apart from the goal which was a "classic LFC" moment.
In reality we should have had a few more but the run of the ball wasnt kind in several circumastances.
This is the type of opponent we tend to draw against in previous seasons - whisper it - could 2017 be our year!
One downer the fat git next to me had £5 on 5-1 and I just know if that was me then we would have scored 6 in injury time.
Roll on Swansea!

I wasn't going to say anything about my predictions for the season - as I mentioned people know them. Not much point bringing them up win or lose until Christmas as if it's every game/ few games it is silly because it's reacting, not seeing a trend. It was just after a great result the first post from someone after the game wasn't so much about that, but what you said I am trying to do - bringing up others predictions to prove them wrong (and thus the poster in question being right) - which RT gets stick for when we do badly. That said, reading it back I got way too defensive, so apologies.

Certainly so far my season prediction has been wrong which I'm very happy about - but they were said with the whole season, not just 6 games (or 2 games), so we just need to see with time. As I said before I very much hope I am wrong (and am loving the style of it too)!

With 16 goals, we're 2nd top scorers so far, which is a great improvement over this time last year. With 9 conceded, we've let in more than anyone in the top 7 but at least we're heading in the right direction.

I couldn't give a flying fk we just let a goal in when we score 5.

Does everyone remember when we couldn't score for st and we let in 1 goal - yeah, be bothered about that.

We're absolutely tonking along, a joy to watch, beating top 4 AND mid table teams, we look strong at home, we average now over 2 points a game and there's not one player playing you can criticise week in and week out.

We've got EXACTLY what we all wanted so let's not pick it to bits.

We're unbeaten in September scoring 14 goals and conceding only 3 and we've won all our games in September against Chelsea, Spurs, Leicester and Hull (let that sink in)

Happy fking Days.

That wasn't at you specifically, that was just a general tone response.

We're going out having time of our lives at the moment but on here we still find people have to find a critical opinion about something.

Wouldnt it be nice just to enjoy being really fking good rather than bringing down or pointing out some flaw we have that ultimately doesn't matter.

Only this forum could descend into infighting after a 5-1 win.
