Thank God we had that imposing leader in midfield to stir us to victory!!
Coutino played in front of Henderson and Can will be interesting to see.

Milner is clearly the veteran/captain on that pitch. Thought he had a very good game. The ball back to Mane was his only slip up.

A very very good 3 points.

A Spurs win tomorrow wouldn't be the end of the world, I'd settle for a draw though.

Let's hope we get a dubious penalty as well. wink

I was just thinking about this. I think City will run away with the title so I think I'd prefer a City win to help cement second place. However just in case City go through a bad patch of form, a draw would be quite handy....

Away from home
Poor opposition
Playing badly
Go 1-0 down early

To go on to win that 1-2 is massive.

Clyne quickly becoming my fave player. He's just behind Milner for now.
Nice to see we had the balls to go for it in the second half. Not always easy to just switch it on at half time when not going well. Things moving along nicely.m

Did well to dig that out today. For me though it was disappointing when we have momentum we drive forward to simply get Henderson and wijnaldum to pass the ball slowly across the middle. I wanted them on the ball driving it forward... Maybe someone like can who is a bit more dynamic can do that.

Well pleased overall though. I only watched the second half! Lucky omen!

That's not the system, Wij and Henderson are doing exactly as they've been asked to.
