The Sturridge dive was funny
If either one had been Kane they would have been stone wall penalties lol.

And rightly so. No one fouls Lloris and gets away with it.

I wouldn't defend any of my teams players if they had blatantly dived .

Diving. How dare you?

They're just avoiding a leg breaking/career ending tackle.

Well we beat them home & away last season so the omens are good, but it's going to be a hard game for us what with being in the Champions league n all.

Would have been better to have a complete week off but i guess that's the price us top teams have to pay.

Ha ha fair comment... Not to worry you will probably not have to worry about Europe too much after the 2nd round if last year was anything to go by.;)

I've watched a fair bit of City this season. I live a 15 minute stroll from the emptyhad and where the fixtures haven't collided I've gone to watch what I suppose is the closest football team of any description. It used to be Celtic, Stalybridge Celtic. Anyway, back to my thoughts. They've not been tested at all and everything went through De Bryune. Also, I thought that a team that plays to their own tempo, rather than letting City dictate the tempo, would do well against them.

I'm inclined to agree... Remember they got off to a flier last season then wilted somewhat as the season progressed... They will drop points for sure.. They will also pick up injuries.. Players out of form (not only Sterling) We usually have the beating of them particularly at Anfield.. Spurs may well turn them over again also.

Lovren and Lallana both have groin injuries. Neither expected to go on international duty.

Sturridge still has not scored this season. What's going on there too!

At no point in that Sky video does he say they are a top 6 prem side now. Clear enough for me.

He hasn't been injured either. Can't have it both ways I suppose.
