I never said that though did I? Do you really think Karius should be playing in goal for us? He'd look out of place in a pub team. We can all see it. Carraghar has it right. Does that mean he knows better than Klopp?

Give over with the fake outrage. Everyone makes mistakes and Karius is a mistake.

You should buy Joe Hart.

He's a bloody good keeper.

What a surprise, Liverpool lose and we see more posts from RT than we have done in the previous 2 months. I don't mind the trolling by the Utd and spurs fans, but being trolled by one of our fans is just bizarre!

I was only replying to others posts in my direction or did you miss that bit? smile

And yes Joe Hart would be an improvement over the 2 keepers we have.

Joe Hart would be an improvement over the 2 keepers Man City have!!!

Pep and Klopp have both fked up on the keeper front. And so have we to an extent, Courtois is good but not a patch on Cech.

banghead FFS guys, we are 3rd 14 games in having only lost 2 games, And playing the best football we have played for years.

How many would have taken that at the start of the season ?

We all wanted a top 4 finish this year to get back in Europe and attracting the best players, and we are in great shape to do that.

Yes we still have areas to improve but personally I think Klopp knows what he is doing and will get us what we all want.

Not by much in all honesty. He is blunder prone too!! But at least he is commanding. A solid defence starts with a quality keeper behind them. If they are commanding, confidence rubs off on the defenders. When you have someone who constantly flaps, that leads to panic defending.

Klopp signed Karius and has publicly backed him. Does anyone really think Karius is good enough? A sign of a great manager is also about cutting your loses. I'd not think badly of Klopp if he loaned out Karius in January and we had a better keeper as first choice.

Origi should have been subbed at 3-1. We needed to see out the game, not leave that liability on the pitch. So yes that was on Klopp, not particularly just Origi, but our inability to see out a game. But then we don't have that strong central midfielder to bring on to see out a game.

We lack depth in quality. I'm not saying that's Klopp's fault. But it's Klopp's responsibility to identify where we're weak and improve us. Keeper, centre back and striker asap please. Do you disagree that we don't need to strengthen in those 3 positions?
As a Sunderland fan I can safely say that I wish we had Liverpools "problems".

Wanna swap? hehe

Fraud, imposter etc.

His teeth are too white.

Bayern can have him.

Etc etc.
He's found his level at Celtic. Klopp I'm certain will learn from today. I fully expect to see Karius and Origi relegated to being squad fillers at best after the January window.
I was referring to Klopp.

However, BR is doing well enough. And his LMA Manager of the Year and finishing 2nd in the Prem have yet to be bettered......

I wish we'd got Cech although there was never a chance of that happening. Courtois was clearly seen as "the future" with Cech past his best, at the time. Maybe Cech needed the move to spark him up a bit again.

We never should have got rid of Pepe Reina. But yes, I'd have Joe Hart over our current 2.

I don't get why you're all knocking him, you've had 2 clean sheets from 14 games this season. The problem has been there from the beginning and it's all a bit deja vu. Wasn't the main criticism of Bren that he didn't sort out the defence during the 13/14 season?

Karius and the lad at City are arguably the worst keepers in the league.

This season we have played some fantastic football; breathtaking at times and there is no doubt, we will have a say in the title. However if we are to have a genuine crack at the title, Klopp needs to bring in another keeper - this January - if we want to sustain a challenge. Loan Karius out or if Mignolet is sold, keep Karius as back up. He may well turn out to be decent but right now he is compromising this team.

Kudos to you.
The jokes at the time of my post were crap though!

Even managed to get a dig at Milner in today.
He should be a City fan really.

No kudos or pleasure in it - just a shame it reverts to short term knee jerking again.

Anyway, last time i saw a red trident it was on Man U's badge.
