Nigel Pearson for me, getting out of league one and the mire they were in at the end of last year - without him and Milan Mandaric investing they wouldn't be here today. Milan invested in a league one club like it was a premier league club. I have close family that was part of the first team set up and met Olly who was a complete idiot and took the first team to play dodgeball the evening I met him before a Southampton game, Nigel Pearson was a different person all together.
