Yeah I've had tickets for all the games so far and will have a final ticket if (big if!) we get there. It's been an incredible journey for us, I've been following Wales home and away since Bobby Ghould and there have been times when I thought we'd never qualify for anything. So to be 3 days away from a QF in a major tournament is quite frankly mind blowing!
Got my tickets sorted ! Category 1 too vonuber said:
Right, Portugal vs Poland.
I hope the majority of people here will be backing Poland tonight, not only because it's fking Portugal but also in a display of solidarity given recent events.
I'll be backing Poland in memory of my granddad Wladislaw, one time infantryman, then a tank commander: fought the Russians as they invaded Poland in 1939, escaped via Spain to England, then landed at D-Day and fought his way into Germany.
A man who could never go home again as he was seen as a traitor by the Communist Government and who started a new life in England, and a successful one at that.
Sadly he died before I met him, and I hope wherever he is he is looking down and chugging back the cherry vodka he used to drink and cheering them on.

It's interesting isn't it, Portugal have some great players, have good play and are good to watch and also it must be quite hard being butted up against the might of Spain, football wise for all these years.
However history, on the football pitch rather than the fields of Europe, means we feel rather lukewarm towards them. If it was 1914 and the Christmas WW1 football match between the troops of both sides you can imagine that if Ronaldo was there, he was have feigned a dive, tried to get someone sent off and then winked in a provocative manner.
So Poland it is tonight for support and Iceland also soon.
I will be supporting Germany for the final of course. Our queen being our most special German migrant.
