The weirdest one has to be Giggs. He was a manager for about 10 minutes outside the transfer window, so how did he take bungs? I could easily believe Ferguson, but they'd have led with him if they had any evidence as it would be the biggest catch since Watergate (I would've said Jeremy Thorpe, but everyone's forgotten that!)

He hinted that he knows of a rule loophole (and as a professional manager, I'd be surprised if he didn't know of a work around - every manager and club owner will know about this!) - he had a dig a Roy and had a dig about the complete waste of money that is the new Wembley. But he also said that he'd have to run it past the FA before he got any further involved.
Some people wanted him to fail from day one - so are happy to lap up the sensationalism of the story. But honestly, the man has done nothing wrong. I really hope the League Managers Association are now advising their members not to have anything to do with the England job.
