What happened during Vol. 5 stays in Vol. 5.....apart from the string of bad results, Mourinho's impending meltdown and Pogba's dedication to his hair.

There's lot's to be positive about. We picked up 9 points out of 9 in our first 3 games and we've now hit a rough patch. The difference now is we are creating chances, once these chances start going in we'll start pulling back that 8 point gap. We're going to smash everybody from here on in. You read it here first...

He is not cracking up, this is all calculated. The quicker he can create an 'us and them' mentality within the team and supporters, the happier he will be. The ban will be part of the bigger plan, and the PL are playing into his hands.

This is why he has been playing Fellaini so much, so no one will pay attention when he smuggles Jose into the stadium in his hair

Sorry, you must be right. Although the past suggests that is exactly what he does; it was done at Chelsea.....no-one likes us, the EPL are against us etc, etc, which pulled the team and supporters together ....but you know better.

A ban every now and again didn't do SAF any harm. I'd rather a manager that cares than somebody who outwardly appears to have given up.

Mourinho will court controversy wherever he goes but even moreso at United because we're the world's biggest club. It's because he's the best around (now that SAF has retired) and all the others are simply pretenders to his throne.

No idea how anyone can say that Moyes utterly destroyed Utd and that the problems now are rooted in his limited tenure. I think any one who says that is forgetting that just before Moyes came along, Utd lost Fergy, the Chief Exec, Giggs, Scholes, Evra, the best years of Rooney and Ferdinand. The core of the club, from the players to managers and board level staff disappeared from the club and those left to pick up the pieces had little experience (at a global club) to do so.

I think had some of the older players continued for one more season, and/or the chief exec remained to make some quality signings to replace them, Moyes wouldn't have had such a poor first season.

Though, like Hodgson at Liverpool, I don't think Moyes was right for the Utd job.

Ease up Jackson, i never said i was right i just think that in my opinion that what you posted was a pile of poo but you could be right & so could i.

Personally i think the modern game is more about Pace, power, fitness & flair rather than the way jose plays his game which i think is turgid & boring.

United lose one more game & City, Arsenal, Liverpool & Chelsea win then it will be double points figures adrift.

fk me even Watford are above them.

Mourinho's sides have always been about power, and work rate which is similar to what most teams employ today. He teams naturally don't normally aggressively press but tend to sit and hit teams on the counter. The claims about turgid and boring are always chucked about when its not true. He like Fergie has a strategy for each game and does what it takes to get a result. Some games might be exciting, some might be dull. Thats the way he is.
