Chelsea, Spurs, Liverpool and Arsenal all to lose, City and us to win. That puts us 2 points off 2nd spot and 9 off the top. We'd still be 6th but I'd take that!

No doubt the pressure's on all the teams behind Chelsea but moreso us as we are at the back of the pack and can't afford too many (if any) slip ups.

Agreed, in an ideal world but I cant see Chelsea loosing to Hull and Arsenal loosing to Burnley tbh!

Anyone seen the reports abut Aguero being off in summer? Can't believe they would let that happen but I hope it does

More than we have had so far. hth.

It is coming though, still 45 to go I think we can turn this around. Carrick for Fellaini and push Pogba further up might not be a bad idea, Mata will eventually get it right too.

Standard and fully expected hard pressing from Stoke denying us space and yet we seem to be taken by surprise by this.

We've created a good few chances though, but again our finishing has let us down (apart from into our own net). Mata converted a much harder chance for the own goal than the sitter he missed ten minutes later.

It's nigh on impossible to play the ball through 10 men and not a chance of any success in the air, so long shots are the only option and we're avoiding them like the plague.

I'd agree with that. We've really not deserved to lose this at all. But some of Jose's starting line ups have been strange. Could have done with a win today with the scousers losing and the city game coming up.
