Pogba is absolute class and will be one of the best players in the World. If you can't see that, you pretty much have clue about what makes a good midfielder. He's got it all.
Pogba was dreadfull again today,

he even got a lucky escape by not receiving a 2nd yellow just a couple of minutes after the penalty.

I don't think he was that bad.

He is about 2% away from destroying the PL, in my view. Bale looked dog st (to most people) until he was suddenly awesome. You have to step back from the Daily Mail 8/10 or 6/10 approach based on standout moments and look at the player's attributes - he has pace, strength, technical ability, courage on the ball, a great pass, a fierce shot...

He is playing about as badly as he can given all that and still, in most games, is good.

He certainly looks to be a world class player. But in many games thus far he's been lacking the ablity to make a difference, the pace of the EPL seems to be somewhat overwhelming him. I think it's his pricetag what's keeping him in the first 11. But then again he's only 23...

Maye he should play for Heerenveen a season or two......

I think after he gave that penalty away he just tried to hard to make up for it. has been excellent recently but struggled today, and moving him back into the holding midfield with Herrera didn't help.

We must be thinking of different player! Pace??? He is not quick, no way. Courage? I'm sorry what? He's a football player not a gladiator. A fierce shot? You mean a big, fit young guy can hit a ball hard? Amazing. 2%? You forgot the 9 in front of it.

This is a guy who is far far from inexperienced, who is still, at best, average for the standard of the Premiership and today was like a team handicap. If you think he's going to be the midfield equivalent of Bale or Ronaldo I really do admire your optimism.

Oh let's not overlook the fact that he didn't even know where the ball was when he conceded the penalty. I appreciate he may not be the real deal yet but he is not even showing signs of ever being that. City can have him tomorrow as far as I'm concerned.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say it's somewhere between the 2 views.

Bit surprised José isn't getting more out of him.

Also a bit disappointing that José isn't playing any youth and relies on pumping the long ball to aged Fellaini in last ditch attempts to salvage a point.

Pogba's not matching up to his cost but I'd say José is falling even further short. He's not really special any more, just a grumpy old has-been with the tactical nouse of Big Sam.

Unbeaten in 16, 9 wins in a row. Taken a point from a game where the team played badly and conceded a silly penalty, against one of their biggest rivals? I'd say he's doing OK.

Fellaini isn't the greatest player in the world, but 3 managers have now decided he's worth having around. He often causes absolute chaos amongst opposing defenders. So what if it goes a bit 'route 1' - if that's what it needs to get the points in the last 15-20 minutes, then so be it. And Fellaini is instrumental in many of these 'balls out' last 20 minute scrabbles for points.

He's had awful treatment from the fans at OT - I always thought we were above this kind of thing, but I suppose that's what you get when half the stadium is filled with a glory hunting contingent who can't remember the pre-EPL era.

Because he doesn't manage your team anymore?

He'll do very well at United.

Not at all. Never liked him, didn't want him back and hated him last season.

Honestly, not trying to wind you up, I think he's on the decline. Don't think he's better than Conte, Klopp or Potechino and lacks their charm, grace and decency.

Ok , so it wasn't Uniteds finest hour ,BUT still have to say the team are in a far better state than under the LVG. Liverpool played well today but a big positive was how United deference coped , thought they did really well .

Pogba has got the modern attributes of a decent midfielder, but no way worth the price tag of course , but sure he will have his moments.

Would much sooner see Rashford bought on instead of Rooney. Hope he gets his goal then gets a decent move to China, fed up looking at misplaced passes .

United are still just 6th, it's not witchcraft. And I'm not impressed with the stupidity of his early season tactics either, in which Fellaini seemed to play a vital (defensive)role, let alone him ignoring Micky for too long....

And the team ?

given United budget it can only go upwards. And Zlatan's goals proved to be vital, I believe he wasn't in LvG team. It's Mourinho's luck he can build onto something which was already there, and without players like Zlatan and Micky.....DiMaria was vital early on as well.

Meanwhile talents like Rashford, Martial, Shaw, Fosuh Mensah, Depay etc. haven't exactly excelled or even getting any playing time.

A team making crosses against a packed defence that had held out well? Amazing. Never seen that before.

Utd were quite comfortably the better team in the game I watched. Liverpool did a lot of running about but almost nothing with the ball, and they parked the bus in the 2nd half. No mention of that from the media, of course.

End of the day, long balls in the final 15 minutes got us a result against a very defensive setup from Liverpool. I don't see anything wrong with it and it shows we've got a plan B which I like. We've been playing good football over the last few months. Sadly we should've taken advantage yesterday with city dropping points but we didn't play our best.

People moaning because we dropped 2 points ,and moaning about pogba ..yes he had a dreadful game ,but he's been excellent the last 2 months and is a top player and if you don't know that then start watching netball.
We're playing the best football we have for 5 years ,yesterday wasn't great but I'm not sure anyone who understands football expects great performances every time .
Liverpool made it hard ,they have beaten all the other teams around them so it's not the end of the world,we played badly still got a point and were I think slightly better team.we are also still unbeaten in x games,so just stop whinging and support the team .

All this st about Pogba not being any good is frankly, hilarious. Anybody with half a football brain can see he's got all the attributes to be one of the best in the world. Comparing him to Ronaldo and Bale is laughable too, he's a totally different player. Going route 1 wasn't pretty yesterday but Jose thought that was the right thing to do, turns out it was so whats the problem?

Makes me laugh also how Deltona has been absent while we have been winning, yet a draw against Liverpool and he's back posting the usual tripe!

In fairness deltona has been watching every game in the world, and then repeating it but it n slow motion so he can analyse it.
He's not really had much time to post.

Is there normally so much "Pogba" branding around the stadium?
