fk me ORD. What do you want? Perfection every time they step on the pitch? Professional display and we go in to the last eight.

The reds go marching on.

No replay woohoo

Not the best performance, but nevermind. Away fans really made themselves heard, excellent from them, and the quality told in the end. We really need left back sorting out, that pair of centrebacks and Darmian on the left needs to not happen again. Thought Young did ok, much better delivery of crosses than Valencia.

WTF, commentators?

'United substitutes combined value £281m' - how does £89m + £37m = £281m?

(Not to mention that Blackburn were the original Sugar Daddy team, too!)
Bailly
Pogba
Mata
Ibrahimovic
Shaw
Schweinsteiger
Henderson

Don't think the commentator is much out tbh

I'd say that was a massive misinterpretation if that's the case.

They'll have been warming the balls.

Yes. I know I have that tendency.

Performance was fine. It's just that seeing the same very poor players undermining us time and time again

He's had less than a year. He will change players and he's already changed results, mentality, and the way we play.

He made a big point of praising the players and their attitude today in his post match interview on BT.

Definitely. No complaints about Mou - he's doing a great job. It'll take time to undo the damage that Moyes did and VG couldn't undo.

He's dragging the confidence back into these players game by game. Some players have had to have a reality check but he's doing a great job of striking a balance as far as I can see. We're still involved on all 4 fronts, the league is arguably gone, but we've a real chance in the cup comps.

You can be infuriating to read... banghead These players of which you criticise are regular starters in their international teams! They're not very poor at all!!

Rojo has largely been excellent recently. Everybody is entitled to a poor game occasionally! Thing is with the competition for places they all know they're one or two poor performances away from being benched. As a team though we're doing a great job at the minute. Some big tests ahead but I for one am happy with the squad now. Even Fellaini seems to be playing his part, keeping it simple and not doing anything stupid! Not that I wouldn't still want to replace him...!

Still a lot of poor players kicking about in this side. Darmian is Championship standard.
First half with Martial ahead of him nothing happened on that flank...it all came through the centrer with Hermes (sp). With the change and with Rashford on the left wing providing no cover Darmian looked once more suspect. I would say more mid/lower table prem than championship though smile

Chelsea away with a much bigger crowd and playing a lot better than in October should be tasty. We had some great ties against them at the Bridge in the past

5-3

Left back worries me. Darmian is terrible, Blind is too slow, and Shaw is out of favour.

Shame about Blind's pace, always in a good position and a fantastic passer. I thought for a brief moment he would be the natural succesor to Carrick...but that's why I am not a manager. Where will we get the next Evra from? How is Bothwick-Jackson coming on over at Wolves - any updates on his progress?
