Animals?Presumably you've been as angry watching most teams in the Prem when they play against Utd? Bournmouth, for example? Or Leicester every game.

Did you see Spurs at at OT earlier in the season? The only difference was/is, that you don't have any legends who could be disappointed . franki68 said:

That's exactly the point. You were playing the victim regarding the rules you play to and the ones everyone else do. It's complete paranoia and simply not true. You think about it ha.
seriously what are you waffling about ? I basically said herrera was an idiot for making a challenge of any sort after jones got a talking to ,because we have seen players get second yellows for not very much ...and now I'm paranoid ?I'll leave playing the victim to the scousers thankyou very much, they are the experts.
and 'ha '...how old are you ?

But remember the rules if a united player is stamped on its accidental
So just for clarity now.
Player stamps on utd player = 5 match ban
Utd player stamps on someone = 0 match ban.
Sort of kills the hard done by argument doesn't it.

It was pretty unanimous that the stamp on the utd player was a cowardly on purpose act. I myself said it warrants more than a 3 match ban.
I'll rise above the insults.

They can't ban him as Oliver said he saw it
Fa's own rules are what's fked
Indeed. There is significant evidence here that Oliver is incompetent, but he won't face any action from the FA, despite the media attention on his incompetence.Fa's own rules are what's fked
In any other job, you'd at least be facing a bking from your boss, if not a full disciplinary and warning for being as incompetent as many referees are.

I think you have no clue what an Abu is.It was pretty unanimous that the stamp on the utd player was a cowardly on purpose act. I myself said it warrants more than a 3 match ban.

Years ago there was a united message board called uws,(still going) but in those days (mid to late 90s) it was part of the rivalsnetwork .
What would happen is if united got the benefit of a bad decision or lost the board would fill up with other teams fans,to the extent that they decided to set up another board for these people .this board was called the Abu board .
So this is where Abu comes from ,and this makes yourself and the others who indulge in this behaviour on here who are not united fans ..abus

In normal speed the way he saw it was probably an accident - not many tv watchers actually saw it till it was replayed back in slow mo tbf
I was in the gym and caught that out of the corner of my eye and saw it...was so obvious. I couldn't believe the TV directors weren't replaying it straight away! You can see why Oliver might not have seen it as a foul at the time, he has one look at it. Rojo was tight, fouled Hazard and then had to jump to hurdle him as he fell over in front of him. He must have seen it as a genuine attempt to clear him but looking at Rojo's face, I think he meant it. He was pumped up that game as were most of the United players.

So it was obvious to you but not to the ref, the linesman and the TV. It wasn't obvious at all really was it.

This is why I think there needs to be more retrospective action after games. I know it might be seen as undermining referee's authority during the game, but it's just not realistic to expect them to be able to be on top of everything. Oliver saw it, apparently, but took the wrong action with the benefit of hindsight. I don't really see the problem if after the game the same ref reviews it, recognizes his error and retrospectively issues the right punishment. I guess maybe though it might prevent the ref from taking unpopular decisions during games, if they think they can just review it and correct it afterwards in any case.
Looking forwards to tomorrow night, can't help but feel we will be pumped for it after Monday. Will be interesting to see what Rostov are about on a football pitch as opposed to that potato field they have been playing on.
