I so want to win this Europa league now, especially after City got knocked out of the ECL tonight. If we could go further in Europe than anyone else (only LCFC and us left now) it would be a big fillip. I know it's only the Europa but still.

If you do win it & finish out of the top 4 do we get 5 places for the CL next season ?

  • unless Leicester win the CL and finish in top 4 which I am not sure is still mathematically possible

Jose on TV this morning defending Pogba (his biggest challenge ever? hehe). He says its not Pogba's fault how much he is paid or that jounros don't have a life. It is Pogba's fault that he's playing like a donkey though!!!

I was in the gym and caught that out of the corner of my eye and saw it...was so obvious. I couldn't believe the TV directors weren't replaying it straight away!
So it was obvious to you but not to the ref, the linesman and the TV.

It wasn't obvious at all really was it.
I'm not quite sure how anyone misses it...it was blindingly obvious.

There must be some kind of vision problem in Manchester what with Jose saying how awesome Pogba is .

Here is Rojo showing his team mates how to deal with Hazard

"I know it's only the Europa" are the key words there! It is not "Europe" in the sense that carries any real meaning. It is a cup for fairly average teams.

In danger of losing this on the counter attack from them.

Why can't we break them down or in fact anyteam
We have no imagination on the break !

Zlatan and mata have made some very impressive passes

Is this going to be another 30+ chances and 0/1 goals

I don't remember ever watching a game with so little atmosphere. It was clear to hear the manager and players talking.

Qualifying is about as positive as people can take from that.

Boring game against a stubborn team.

Romero has been really impressive this season, also good to see fellani coming on and having a positive impact, rojo continued to impress.

Pogba still hasnt found his feet heres hoping it will click into place soon soon.

uff well, I suppose it's a win. Insipid, but a win. Fellaini showponying was amusing though- good feet for a big fella. Also Rojo my Motm for the cool and composed way he dealt with that banana.

Romero is a really good no.2 isn't he - I wasn't sure about him last season, but he's really won me over.

Dull as dishwater win. We were lucky not to lose that too. It seemed another match with all the possession and next to zero attacking desire. We hold the midfield which pushes the opposition into defending and its stalemate, zzz...

Still, in a 'first time ever' I saw a football player having to eat food on the pitch! WTF? hehe

Good draw. Besiktas would have been a nightmare with all the travel etc.

Is this ref watching the play at all? I really don't think it's me being biased, but how many little pushes in the back and ankle-taps is he going to completely ignore?
